Very overpriced! You better off building your own for under 300,000. Excluding the plot of land. Some areas in Rwanda the land would be included in this price.

It's in Dollars, that's why it had the dollar sign in front of the Amount. Jackson was ashamed to give the price, and Aron couldn't respond because the price is absurd. It will never sell for that amount.
Luxurious and Spacious😀...With all that it offers and gorgeous as it is, knowing a little bit about the Rwandan market I think it's over priced...
Free market you can charge your price and the buyers will respond based on the market . Either take or counter offer or reject . If there is no competition then he can always sell it for his quote . If there are exactly similar houses then the price offered by the market will be the most competitive and not his price . Also in markets where prices are negotiable this might not be unusual .

Some people in Rwanda have no bank account and 0$ while others have multiple accounts and $billions . In US current consumer debt $17 trillion . Some people have $0 some people have negative net-worth because of debt . Some people have $billions . 7 million in US no bank account . 56 million under-banked . Someone can purchase it obviously not you .

Yeah, the is great. And so I'd also like to know the monthly maintenance costs as well, servants/cleaning service, equipment & supplies, septic tank, etc. Also, do they have like wall to wall carpeting over there? With the marble floors and high ceilings, it seems kinda cold, but I could probably get used to it.

Can you grow weed legally on my land in my house in there? Can have a pistol legally in my house? Where are the dogs t? How come all these Despora vids and I don't see Africans with pets, what about ex-pats with dogs? Is Pitbulls legal, or can we can dog breed for sale??
Good question but I can answer you for sure about the pistol 🔫 part. No you can’t have a gun period, as a civilian. Either you’re in the security sector/ government. Also I’m not sure about the growing of weed, but most African countries it’s illegal there.
There is a selected area for growing CBD. You have to get approved thru the RBD. No Guns allowed . CBD is only for exporting. Growing weed to distributed is Illegal in Rwanda. Dogs are in Rwanda, pitbulls I believe are illegal, But I'm Not exactly sure, I didn't see any pitbull while I was there. You generally see the dogs on people compound, are in villages. I really didn't see any wandering around in the City.
