Kudos to all the doctors for not loosing it when Dr.Chokalingham displayed the heart-valve model along with his name & number🤣 His heart is at the right place but man can he go on & on in spite of Gopinath's best efforts to stop him. Spoke more like a psychiatrist than a cardiologist. Still, all the doctors & Gopinath did a great job!👍

Its not because of the mental stress the cholesterol is accumulated in the artery. Inflammation is the major source of the CVD. The inflammation is caused by processed food, refined carbs, vegetable oils, excessive carbs, oxidation and also mental stress. These causes rancid, inflammation in the artery. The cholesterol esp LDL will act like a bandid and try to heal the inflammation caused in the artery. The more the inflammation the more the LDL cholesterol deposits and in turn block the artery. So we need to focus on the cause and stop eating these processed, refined, vegetable oils, excessive carbs etc.
Chronic stress is a major cause for inflammation
Inflammation is pain and redness usually caused by any injury, how come cholesterol or stress induce inflammation?
@@nicholeanderson7160for example, vegetable or seed oils which is artificially hydrogenated causes rancid or internal soreness in the walls of arteries causing damage to the epithelial cells. Liver gets this info and sends the LDL cholesterol to put bandid on the damaged arteries. Similarly chronic stress causes free radicals which in turn cause inflammation in the arteries.
