Badly want to adjust my trigger by about 1 to 2 mm closer-for a better walk, but your hypothetical 8.5 ibs pull trigger example has me staring at my gun with second thoughts haha
In the same position. I was feeling like I was shooting a lot of blanks when I was naturally not letting the trigger come all the way back. What did u end up doing brother? Should I just leave it alone and get used to it?
Ik this is old but I tried knowing off the tigger pin but was literally impossible I know I did it from the right side and even slightly hit it with a hammerbut it just didn’t budge so I wasted like 20 min tryna do this but if u have any tips I’d appreciate it
Dear Rory, I know you have done many mini gs reviews but I would like one more! Please do a mini gs shooting test because I would like to see that so if I want to buy it I know I want it! Also you have a great site and ill be purchasing of your site! Sincerely A Random Subscriber
@ANSgearPaintball what if my activation screw keeps coming loose, i adjusted my trigger so that the activation is perfect but after a few shots it seems as if the activation screw backs itself out and the gun stops shooting?
And what if your getting a click but no trigger register light comes On? Thus I can't enter program mode. Just take the trigger off and flush all the screws out and mess with it like you said?
ANSgearPaintball they all fit perfectly. Every time I've put the marker back together I have not problem. But I have no register and I've moved the screws back to the factory setting. I'm legitimately flabbergasted, I should have some replacement parts soon. I'm planning to go one by one starting with the trigger. Do you have any advice?
Start by removing the front grip and the frame. Then reinstall the front grip without the frame. Turn the gun on. Activate the micro switch by hand. If it works, then your trigger is set up wrong. If it doesn't work, then it's time to start changing out parts. I would start with the main board. If that doesn't fix it, then I would replace the upper eye board. Good luck. Lemme know how it goes.
ANSgearPaintball yeah so I finally got around to trying this method, it didn't work. :/ so buy a main board first?.. empire said they'll send me the eye board. I'm waiting to hear back from them. Thank you for your help sir.
ANSgearPaintball so empire sent me another eye board, I replaced it; and that was exactly what I needed. My marker works again. Ps. Thank you for your advice.
hi hello, i just bought my younger brother a preowned mini gs. can you help me do a factory reset? I'm not sure how the previous owner has it set. i don't want to accidentally blow anything.
ok. i got some more info for you to work with. the trigger pin has one side that's got knurling on it, make sure that you're pushing that end out first. it can't go the other way. As long as you're pushing it out in the right direction it should come out. if it isn't coming out, try hammering lightly on the punch that you're using to push it out.
why the hell wont my GS go into program mode.. I adjusted the trigger and it clicks, my board is not on tournament mode... but every-time i hold the trigger and hold the power it never goes into program mode. It just blinks green ... this is pissing me off please help
Here's an excerpt from the manual on programming the gun. Let me know if this helps or not. "TOURNAMENT LOCK Tournament lock is a feature that prevents the marker from entering the Settings Mode while in the field, to allow the marker to be tournament legal. See your tournament’s rule book for an explanation on what is required to lock your marker. Tournament Lock can be turned on/off by using the dip switch 1 located on the inside of the Foregrip near the bottom of the circuit board. Flip dip switch #1 to the ON (UP when laying flat) position to activate the Tournament Lock. (Fig 7-1) When tournament lock is ON, Settings Mode cannot be activated SETTINGS MODE The MINI GS must be Off and the Tournament Lock must be Off to begin managing the settings and functions. To activate the marker in Settings Mode, press and hold the Trigger, then press and hold the button on the back side of the Foregrip. The LED will cycle through an array of colors to indicate the Settings mode is active. You may now release the Trigger and the button. Once the LED is done cycling you are ready to navigate through settings mode."
There's no right way to have it set up. You decided how much play you like in the trigger and then set it up for that. Everybody's trigger is different.

I can’t tell if my trigger pin is just really tight or it’s the wrong thing
Is it the same for the axe2.0??

Great video ANS
Can u adjust the trigger on an axe 2.0 or is it different??
This is the same process.
And what if your getting a click but no trigger register light comes On?
Thus I can't enter program mode.

make sure that the eight pins are lined up properly so each on has a hole to go in.

at 2:03 in the video, you can see him just pop it out from one side to the other
ANSgearPaintball I see that much, but mine does not come out so easily. I have pushed pretty hard against that trigger pin but havent had it budge

LAWB0T tV for me my Gs won’t go into program mode unless it is off first so try turning off first then hold the trigger and power button
Thanks soo much!!
I cannot get my trigger pun out I need help
Pin*^
You must push it out from the side opposite of the knurling so the knurling may come out first.
Should a a brand new gs trigger be fine or what should I change
