The problem is am not looking for my deleted video but from someone elses channel and all of this methods you are showing are for the deletion of personal video which excuse my language doesn't help and all and renders video as totally useless

I have tried Way back machine 4 times. It has never worked. Not even once.

Show us a video that is actually deleted and you can’t find it no where. That will help alot more
