The 3rd goal was scored by the Sedins. Daniel and Henrik. Identical twin brothers that played their entire careers together in Vancouver.

Yeah the Vancouver Canuck twins Henrik and Daniel Sedin could have filled a video like this just on their own. Somehow they always knew where each other was on the ice.
power play is when the other team has a penalty, which turns it into a 5v4 situation rather than the normal 5v5
The one where you were talking about power play, and such... a few "Hockey facts" for you.
1) when a player gets a penalty his team loses a player and the other team has a power play. AKA one more player.
2) in a "dire" situation you can pull the goalie and have 6 "attackers" on the ice and no goalie.
3) in the clip at the top it said OT and the rules differ for Over Time. It is sudden death, first goal wins the game. I believe the current rules are 3 players plus a goalie in OT - you'd never pull the goalie in sudden death.
4) with the goal where you said white was standing still... Zone defence is common if you are down a man. they try to take away shots/angles until you have either a got shot at the puck, or your player back.
Yes kicking the puck is legal but not for a goal. deflecting, passing, stopping the puck are fine as long as it isn't into the goal.
