The staircases seem to have translucent horizontal doors in the drawing I mentioned in my other comment (that now seems to have disappeared thanks to youtube sucking donkey balls).
My previous comment got deleted or sent to the spambucket by youtube, perhaps for placing a link to the architects website. I can't be bothered to type it again but the architect is Lucas Marquenie and the drawing is on his site.

Hi shaun dunno why they build them silly houses with solariums and a lot of steps up that hardly used by old people.think they should build single storeys for all the old people retiring to spain as they cannot climb them steps up.its the old people with the money retiring to spain that want ground floor houses.if ya want a view walk or drive to the beach and have a right look as think i would be fed up looking at the same view all the time.
