Just started in real estate 2 weeks ago. My main goal is to find that first client and this is some of the best advice I’ve gotten after talking with numerous amounts of different brokers and agents… I will definitely use this advice for my open house this weekend! 💯
Can you share the Canva template you use to follow up with people that came through an open house. Also, can you show us your tshirts as an example. Looking to get some done but not sure what log to put on there.
I just passed my exams a few days ago. I'm currently meeting with brokerages to find out where I want to work. One of them mentioned targeting my sphere of influence with their ads. I feel like most of these brokerages want me to tap into my SOI, and I feel like it's slightly violating their privacy, and I haven't connected with these people since I moved out of state. Am I expected to utilize my SOI at all of these brokerages because it feels like that's the case? Is this the norm?
You have to remember that as an agent, you are independent and have the right to choose how to approach your business strategy! In my opinion, social media is a great and non invasive way to announce to your sphere you’re in business

Love how you said everyone you know and meet needs to know you're in real estate. So true!!!
LOVE all these ideas!! Especially the custom shirts you wear to the gym. Just curious for ideas, what do your shirts say?
Hey! as a new real estate agent do you recommend to become rental agent first?
