SMOKED BEEF RIBS - IDEAL FOR BEGINNERS || English subtitles

  • As far as I can remember, beef ribs was the first meat I smoked many years ago.
    It is a cut that in itself has a wonderful flavor and needs little to get even better.
    That's why I believe the beef rib is the easiest for beginners to American BBQ.
    I hope you like this video and I would love to know if anyone did it and how it turned out.
    SGP RECIPE:
    200g coarse salt (kosher salt)
    50g coarsely ground black pepper
    25g granulated garlic
    Adding oregano is optional, but gives it a little extra flavor ;)

    Kkk... eu morei no Japão três anos e naquela época a carne bovina era australiana, mais maior que a carne brasileira. aqui só preparando esta receita pra confirmar se dá certo jk🤣😋👍

    Parabéns pelo preparo. Fiquei com uma dúvida: sempre me avisaram para usar na defumação madeiras de frutíferas.Eu achava que eucalipto era usado somente para fazer a brasa.
