Totally agree with being relieved when school is done for summer. I’m in Scotland our kids finish 3 weeks tomorrow. I’m counting down the days! No more rushing in the mornings 😂

6:38 so happy I came across your channel! My son has SPD and he has a speech disorder. The professionals that assessed him basically said “he’s so smart!!” Okaaaay, but no one said he wasn’t. He masks a lot and I know that’s a huge part of it. Annnnnyway. It’s so frustrating. Accommodations aren’t special treatment! Giving a hearing impaired child a hearing aid isn’t special treatment. Same deal! No child or parent should have to fight for equal access to education like that! 🫂
