I like it that they give the recipes for the WHOLE meal. Fennel is a bulb vegetable (bulb at the bottom, fronds on top, use the frond part)😊 that tastes kind of like licorice. I use it in anise cookies I make at Christmas.
And they're called tomahawk steak because of shape of them...the bone is supposed to be "the handle" and the meat is the part of the weapon that you scalp people with...very expensive...I'm afraid to cook expensive curs of meat...might ruin them😮

Polenta is cornmeal mush...you use the SAME ingredients to make cornbread and corn grits, they're just prepared differently.
