Wow, that's some kinda hail! The last time I saw my dad use a moving blanket on the hood of a vehicle was in Cold Lake, Alberta 🇨🇦 during winter. He had a block heater, a dip stick heater, maybe even a battery blanket. It was windy there so the blanket over the hood was held down with a couple of chains. Crazy. It was his last 4yr posting before retirement, to beautiful Victoria, BC. 🌲🌻🌳☀☔🌅🏌🏞🌷
I don't know what it is about someone cooking in a camper but I could watch all day!!! I love your " just go for it" attitude when cooking. :)
Love watching you cook. You're a natural!
Maybe you could cut some reflectics to size for storm covers and then you won't have to wash your blankets every time you have a hail storm. A few strong magnets to hold it down and your set.
Scotty That was a great idea - In the moment grabbing a blanket and covering the hood and vent covers when frozen water balls started falling from the sky... :)
Love old bridges and old building. Love your vlogs and Ausia
Happy trails
Great video...I put beans sprouts n shredded cabbage in my stirfry..your looked delicious
Really liked the renovated bridge. You're both brave souls to walk where there were sightings of cougars recently. As Scotty mentioned, " this was the only water source for quite miles around." Loved your cooking segment Teri, looks so yummy. Thank you for sharing. Good blessings to you Both.
You folks are so GOOD! When I saw splitting up, I thought no way. How those rumors start up is beyond me. Remember when someone thought you had a plane to go back and forth? I was just in La Grande, Or. I really want to meet you folks, I'll keep trying!
Even with the rain that is relaxing beautiful spot.
I love sleeping in a camper when it's raining ... Lulls you to sleep... Your stir fry looked yummy... I would eat that in soft taco too!!!
I just discovered black garlic about 6 months ago, I love the stuff! And it's supposed to be super good for you too. I love spreading over goat cheese on toast. Yum!
I'm traveling through the Pacific Northwest right now on my way to the Seattle area and traveled through some major cow country down through Tillamook. Fun creatures they are.
That stir fry looked yummy! Hope that hail isn't going to come my way I would be no way near prepared.
The stir-fry looks great. I'll have to look out for those black garlic. I love one pot dinners. Especially nice in an RV since it means fewer dishes and less water to use.
I commented on Ausia's videos as well.... I was born and raised in Washington State I'm really glad you guys are back there and I will enjoy watching your travels immensely. I love my home state Oregon Montana and Idaho. I've been living out here in Pennsylvania it's beautiful as well but I do miss the northwest.
East of prineville there s a beautiful gorge, like a little grand canyon.
Another great video Teri. I've never seen that kind of garlic either. Strange looking. Safe camping to you. Today was my first day on the road and my refrig went out and then my microwave went out. No
Not a good start. 😞
Great video and love the cooking show i just recently bought a new truck and a used camper somewhat like yours guys and well i have a microwave innit but i don't use a microwave much so may end up taking it out.... :)
I LOVE the cows! Dinner looks fantastic.
Yummy cooking! Now I have to do some research on black garlic. Safe travels.
You capture the best stuff.
It's O.K. to seperate once in a while guys, We'd like them woods too lol when we start!!! Got almost everything gutted, been raining a lot here... Hot but rainy.. can't do much in the rain.. Dang those are some big hails!! Be Safe!! I think Cougars (well ALL animals) are GORGEOUS!!! LOVES/HUGS!!!!
I love storms too!
looked like you guys made the same mistake I made at roosevelt park that I made. you go about another block and a half further towards the boat launch there is rv pads with water hook up and fire pits.
@12:32 Broken table corner.... that's some serious hail!!
Hi Teri & Scott, what a fun video. Thanks for sharing, Lo :)
I noticed that black garlic at Walmart ,I was curious how it tasted, looked delicious 😊
Wow low 50s excellent it's been 107 here at mrytle beach. Still cooler than where I was at in NC.
Hi y'all, sure enjoy your videos, you guys make a great couple! Got a hailstorm tip for Scott, for dings on your truck, get a piece of dry ice & hold it on the hood while using a blow dryer on the ding, it's supposed to pop out the ding! Hope it works if you get dings.
A tip for Teri, place a damp dish rag under your cutting board to keep it from sliding around.
I repeat, love watching your videos. The stir fry looked yummy! Have fun you two!!🥰🥰 Kathy from Katy, Tx
I watched Ausia’s video where she was waiting in the parking lot deciding whether or not to travel thru the storm to camp with you or not. So interesting to see your video during the same time frame! Looks like a great camp sire but the storm did seem strong. Love the stir fry!
Thanks for watching both channels, we all appreciate it💙💚🧡😘 That storm was crazy!
@@DestinationOpenRoad love following you all on your adventures!
LOL....just occurred to me ya don't have to worry about losing power in a storm like we do here in our sticks and bricks!
Very true 😎😎😎😊😊😊
Splitting up? How ridiculous ! Bridges are works of art!!
I would think a night at the park without service would be a fresh breath for a night. It never hurts to go on your own travels. Isn't that how we all start out anyways? National Park site looks like a great place to! Dang hail! Blankets were a good idea to try and soften the blows.
Goodness that storm sounded furious... that was some dang hail. Just need some time for u 2.. nothing wrong with that..
Wife and I just love u guys...so awesome and I just can't wait for our turn ...😎🌞🥰
I also wanted to say I'm glad you went back to the theme song that's You and Scottys Anthum....yall I guess were trying out different intro music ...I dont know
But happy with the original again great Video Folks.....
Yummy! I love when you cook! I’m keeping a video archive of your recipes so I’ll have them when I hit the road! More please!
I always enjoy your cooking sessions especially as you start with clean pots and stove and your prepping is always neatly presented. You have a great palate as your choice of ingredients are spot-on for each meal! Thanks for the black garlic review as I will now check it out. Keep up the cleanliness and good cooking!
It's good to split every now and then makes you appreciate each other more when you meet up again :)
Yes it is and yes it does! 🤗😘
I use that same fajita meat when I want to do a quick salad and don't want to cook a steak or don't have any left overs. I also use their chicken.
Beautiful place..Nizhoniful..
STAY SAFE.
Yummmmm!!! Love your cooking videos..
Yummy your cooking always makes me hungry looks awesome!
This is going to be one of meny Videos you have done that I love the sounds of the thunder storm outside and you cooking inside you are living my "SOMEDAY" DREAM
I’m further north, in Washington, and it’s pouring rain right now, Wednesday afternoon. It set off someone’s alarm and it’s been going off for about 5 minutes now. No hail. Not sure when you filmed.
i always enjoy the cooking segments you put out. thank you.
Cows gotta love them they just go about their business, no harm no foul, we after our food “nice seein ya, bye’.
For several years when I was full-timing in my RV (s) I carried a steel WOK with lid and fire ring and used it for most anything I needed to cook... stir-fry.. Eggs, fried, scrambled or boiled .. french toast.. bacon .. sausage.. steaks.. potatoes.. soups.. corn bread ..johnny cake.. just about anything you could think you think of could be cooked in a WOK with a teaspoon of vegetable oil or margarine . It worked great on the RV stove top as well as over a campfire and saved carrying around so many pots and pans and was a WHOLE LOT easier and quicker cleanup after cooking.. a properly seasoned steel wok can be simply wiped out with paper towels after cooking food.
Food looked delicious
😉🙏✌💞👍👌😊
I much prefer that y’all shoot your videos wherever you are and Ausia shoot her own. When y’all are together I know I only need watch one of your videos because they are the same. Nice to see y’all alone doing what you love and not constantly stuck with others.
That stir fry looks delicious ❤️
Nice spot for ten bucks, I would prefer this over the bumpy, dirt road stuff.
That looks yummy! 😋😋🍝buen provecho
Beautiful storm though. People are NUTZ...you are family and that's that..
Teri and Scott... Cows!! Where was Ausia?? You know how she gets when she sees them. I think they were all steers. Males that have been castrated, raised primarily for beef.
It's sweet corn season here in Iowa. Finally. It's one of my favorite times of year. Wish you were here to enjoy it with me.
Crazy weather where you're at. Hope you didn't get any damage. It's gone from a cool wet spring. To hot and humid days in about a week here. Good corn growing weather.
You're getting close to home. Are you excited about being back?? Take us on some tours around your old stomping grounds. Would love to see some sites.
Have fun always and safe travels.
Randy in Des Moines. 👍🌽✌
Beautiful area
Hello from western Oregon. Thunder storms are the best, and you were lucky to experience such a good one! Dinner looks delish. Thanks for sharing your day with us :-D
Nice stream or creek
OMGosh, How dumb are rumours and drama making. I'm actually amazed that you guys traveled so long together without a break. That was a long testimony to great friendship! We always need to branch out. Love you all.. 💓
Last night we had corned silverside, tonight slow cooked roast pork.
We can't talk right now, We've got COWWWWS! LOL
Lenora Woods - I love that movie 😂
That looked like an amazingly delicious stir fry! Thank you for the easy frajita tips. That was some heavy rain coming down on you with being under a tree during this video. Great idea for protecting your camper/truck with the covers during a hail storm. Did you happen to see where the one town in Mexico got 4' of hail last week? The cows were doing there own thing there - you were a little nervous it seemed for them to stay on their own side. They would not have charged at you. They are as curious about people as you are them. Gentle giants. I guess it must be hard for the life you have in the you tube world where people want to make a mountain out of a mole hill. You shouldn't have to explain or account to us for the choices you make. God Bless & be with you 4 always! (You, Scot, Ausia, & Moo-moo) xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
That stir fry 👏😳🙏
I used to follow all of the tribe, but stopped due to simple time constraints. So I only follow a couple of my favorites. I chose your channel because your family is the most like Pop and I, a retired couple traveling in very close quarters. I do occasionally see people I used to watch, like Ausia! and know all are fine. Works for me in the very busy summer.
I love watching your cooking video's
For your mix use a small mason jar with a lid it's much more easier for you to mix ,just shake
Time for me time, that's OK. the meal looked tasty. And where did that storm come from? You worry about snakes, but what about ticks in the areas you visit? I live in NY and they are every where.
I really enjoyed this video; the scenery, the stormy weather and that meal prep! That stir fry looked so darn good! Very cool!
You forgot the water chestnuts :)
I would love to cook for you too... barbecue always.
If I was traveling with y’all you would not have to keep up with me, because food looks great. Y’all are great people travel safe.
Nice scenery
Good idea with the blanket over the hood.
Love to see the two of you sharing a great meal and watching Terri cook it. Yum! The campground is beautiful with all the greenery. Peaceful and lovely with the excitement of a hail storm in July! Love you guys with Ausia and MooMoo , you are a good team but also enjoy your individual adventures. Stay as great as you are!❤️👍🏻🤗😘
I'd have liked to have seen your extractor fan with all that rain. How do you cope?
I so agree a person does not have to be joined at the hip to love each other. It just makes the time together sweeter. Crazy weather seems to be everywhere. Take care.
Very true!🤗😘
OH that looks good! MMmmmmmm. Thanks. I love thunder storms! Almost never get them here in Sonoma Co CA. J
lol...the way Scott was standing, and the water trickling from the creek, I thought Scott was taking a.......lol...nevermind! hahahaha!
Hey - - - - - Scott's gotta take a - - - - sometimes too you know ! lol
This was my actual first thought too..........
I want to be on the road soo, bad. Hope so soon. Love ❤️ watching you guys ‘ be safe and have fun. You have worked hard probably all your live. So enjoy 😊 now. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you Scott and Teri. The food looked really good. I'll have to buy the meat for stir fry and try it out. Love you guys. Hope Ausia comes and stays with y'all. Stay safe.
People have trouble doing things to trains bricks rocks shooting at them so fence helps.
I like when Ausia goes off on her own. She makes even better videos that aren’t interrupted by people who need screen time
A Real Fun Couple .... mvc
You guys are one of my favorite TH-cam couples. Secure partners can spend time apart with no issues. Oregon looks beautiful. Much love, Bee
Simple meal for loving couple!
Wow haven't seen you guys on your channel in long time. Life gets you busy. Love area pics. I've never cooked stir fry before going to try it this weekend looks good. Thanks for sharing. Be safe.
As you probably know by now, it's not just bulls/steers that have horns. The best way to tell if it's a male is by the shape of his belly. Can't tell from the back by looking for the testicles, because if it's a steer, those will be gone. Really enjoyed this vid, and your meal looked great. I will try the fajita meat, especially when we start to travel. Travel safely.
Nice vedio 🌧🍷
It looks like the bridge to nowhere this in the San Gabriel mountains 6 mile hike to get to it that is so cool
Hi William, sure glad your doing better and here with us. 🤗😘💚💙🧡
Yay, Teri is cooking again! Love it! Beautiful campsite. I love thunderstorms to. :)
Wow! Big Hail at the end of June, a weird June and July so far up here, I’m close to Portland. I had thunder shake my house.
Moving blankets, great idea.
You’re a great cook Teri.
Try Braggs amino acids soy sauce.
The bridge is a fine piece of architecture; worthy of consistent care.😊
Creative stir-fry is a staple here..SO MANY ways to make it!
Teri...I'm a sesame seed lover too. Try toasting them a bit (in a pan..on stove) before adding to anything. Really enhances the flavor🙂
Crazy weather this year. 🌞🌬🌩🌪
I went camping once in scotland
Love the camping spot. Sometimes it's good to get away alone. But I have to say..love the 3 of you together..thanks for sharing xo
Them are 'happy cows"! Hopefully the Cougars have plenty of food and you don't look so tasty! Shoot hail, oh no. Good idea to put the blankets on there. Your a good cook Teri it looks yummy! Scott lucky guy, and so is Aushia. Sorry I'm a bad speller. Remember we didn't grow up with Microwaves!
It’s nice when you all get together and you can help each other out
🤣 Scotty's so funny
I try 😁😁😁😎😎😎
