Watching from the Philippines. Thank you so much for this very informative video sir. I'm planning to build my very first Honda Dio this year and this video just made me want to do it more. I'm also planning to use straight TWH products for the upgrade since the availability of Italian brands (Polini, Malossi, and etc.) is very rare here in my country. How is the TWH kit doing now after a few months? Do you recommend it? Your feedback will be highly appreciated sir :)
I totally understand about the lack of availability too. Here in Thailand there are generally only Taiwanese parts which isn't a bad thing at all. Here, I paid around $45 for the 48mm kit and a polini kit here is more like $250. The kit runs well and definitely worth the money but looking back, would had rather bought the Jiso 48mm kit. It's not much more cost and higher quality. BGM is also a great option. They do a ceramic 49mm kit for dio which I've heard is great. My advice is, put a crank in too. It will make so much more difference. Then of course you will need to upgrade CVT parts and carb/intake but it will be totally worth it. Any questions, just let me know. 👍
@@thaitorque8847 Thank you so much sir for the advice. I will definitely put this into consideration. It's really good to have content creators here on youtube that actually cares about their subscribers. Looking forward to your future builds and content. I will definitely update you once I'm done with my build. You deserve a million subs 👍 Good luck and more power 🙂
Equally, it's nice to have some feedback from subscribers too. I'm glad that some people are enjoying the content I'm creating here. The next build will be a track only drag scooter. I'm hoping to go for around 130cc (hopefully more) so stay tuned. There will be lots of interesting stuff to come! 👍
sa ring ng twh pas ako.. mablis umingay.. kya pang breakin ko lang yang twh rings.. pinapalitan ko ng lazer rings or mas ok shenge piston kit.. mas ok sna kung jcc japan kits
wy didnt tou rev it up i put one of those cy on my scooters and it still not running right wont rev rich jet lean jet nothing works and the piston weighs 3x the weighto of the replacement 50mm piston if you ask me ther junk
This kit wasn't bad to be fair. I've had the scooter up to 95kph with stock crank and that kit so it definitely made a big difference. As for revving, I just wanted to heat cycle it a few times first. You can check out some of my other videos to see it being used! 👍 Thanks for checking out my channel.
After having a quick check, I can see that the Honda Giorno has the AF24 engine which may indeed be compatible with AF18 parts. I'm not 100% sure on that though.
Yes, I have ported my case. Boost port and intake. If you looks through my other videos, there is one where I port the case. I am using the stock crank/crank shaft but I would always recommend upgrading the crank when upgrading the cylinder. It would make so much more power. Let me know if you have any other questions. 👍
If you want to enter a drag race and compete then you will need to invest around 1000usd to have something that is very fast. My guess would be a minimum of 500usd investment. It all depends about how the drag races work in your country. In Thailand it is grouped into cylinder sizes from 44mm up to 56mm and then a "mixed" category for larger bores. Most fast drag race scooters are at least 54mm piston size with many other upgrades. At a minimum you will need cylinder, crank, ported case, full CVT upgrade, full carb/intake/reed upgrade, gears, CDI, exhaust, fully lightened frame and plastics, stretch kit..... and that's just to begin with. It's a big investment of money and time but well worth it! 👍
I'm using the TWH CDI but there are other brands available such as BGM. If you're having troubles finding parts, hit me up on my Thai Torque facebook page and I can help you find any parts you like sir! 👍
It depends on the cylinder to what crank you should buy. For example, if you have TWH cylinder, I would suggest TWH crank. If you have Jiso cylinder, then Jiso crank etc. The list of parts I have is quite long. But it is fully upgraded CVT (every part upgraded), fully upgraded carb/intake, all gears upgraded, ported cylinder and case, upgraded exhaust, upgraded CDI/coil/plug, lightened flywheel.
Unfortunately I don't have it anymore. If you need a bore kit then I can help you to find one here in thailand. Postage from Thailand is always quite expensive though. Let me know if you would need some help. Thanks
I've learnt so much 😍💕 im glad u made this channel
Thanks man. I've got 2 more build videos coming soon so stay tuned! 👍

What is the cylinder stud spacing on these engines?
did you change the crankshaft
What is the set up of side, carb and pipe
is a 10 mm bolt or 12 ?
Did you change the crankshaft?
Nice! I have a similar build.
That engine shroud is awesome.
What carb / jets did you end up with I. The 48mm?
F.
Does it need to be port?? to use 48mm or not? is it plug and play?
No need to port for 48mm and below

How many ltr of engine oil?
hey i have a honda giorno , do they have the same engine as the honda dio
After having a quick check, I can see that the Honda Giorno has the AF24 engine which may indeed be compatible with AF18 parts. I'm not 100% sure on that though.
If i set 70cc or 48mm, if its ok if they not boost port?
It would be better to cut the boost port but not essential.
Is your crank case ported? Are you using the stock connecting rod and crank shaft? Im planning to upgrade from 50cc to 90cc
Yes, I have ported my case. Boost port and intake. If you looks through my other videos, there is one where I port the case.
I am using the stock crank/crank shaft but I would always recommend upgrading the crank when upgrading the cylinder. It would make so much more power.

@@thaitorque8847 thank you sir
@agbuya there is a plug and play 125cc watercooled engine for dio. If you have 2500usd they can make you one.
which cdi are you using? I didn't find the cdi for Af 27 just for Af 18.28
I'm using the TWH CDI but there are other brands available such as BGM.

What is your tire size 10 x ?
What is your topspeed after you changed your cylinder?
With the current setup I have, I've had it just under 100kph. With a crank I think it could go up to 130kph with all parts dialed in.
@@thaitorque8847 what crank sir? And what are those mods
It depends on the cylinder to what crank you should buy. For example, if you have TWH cylinder, I would suggest TWH crank. If you have Jiso cylinder, then Jiso crank etc.

@@thaitorque8847 Why would a crank allow you to go 130kph not 100kph like stock crank ?
👍👍👍👍👍
Can you put this in Honda aero 80
I'm not 100% sure but I think this bore is only good for AF18E 49cc case.
hi sir where can i order this parts?thanks
That's fine. You can contact me on my Thai Torque Facebook page and we can discuss what's available. 👍 Thanks
can I have your old bore kit sir:)??
