This version is from a rare German CD promo for that song
To me, though I don't have the best speakers, the German Promo mix is just a bit louder with the background vocals, and sounds slightly fuzzier than the version on Nimrod.
Commando471 I like more this version because it sounds more raw. Also, the drums sounds "kind of" the same as Insomniac album. This version is a kind of "hybrid" among Insomniac and Nimrod, something in between.

Soy chileno compadre. El tema I fought the law es de Bobby Fuller Four en los 50's (Creo en 1959). Años después los Clash hicieron el cover a su pinta y Green Day hizo el cover de la versión de los Clash.

Yes, it was on an Adeline compilation (Every dog has it day vol 2 or something... It was released days before shenanigans)

not really. it was released on ISH and released as it's own 7'" single, but never as a b-side.
The first release was on Angus Soundtrack in 1995, so J.A.R. is a B-side
B-sides are accompanying songs included in Singles.
J.A.R. it's a single per se.
When it's Time isn't a b-side too. It's a previously unreleased track in AI Broadway Cast Recording originally written in early 90's..
