I couldn't really follow the exact message that Donny was trying to get across. He was talking so passionate that for my feeling he jumped from one topic to another. But will watch it again as he dropped a lot of gems in here. We all want to avoid feeling a nobody, yet so many of us are too afraid to take action. Loved this!

I agree that Danny Epstein is amazing. So much to learn from him. One suggestion directly to him is that he might cultivate a quality of listening. He seems to only want to talk. That is a lack of vulnerability and a character flaw that if eradicated, would help him soar to yet a higher level.

Gerard Adams Though theres a lot of messages the biggest take away for me was him talking about how we can use success for validation to not feel like a nobody, in that success we seek we can also be avoiding pain, it hit home for me because I’ve always thought hey, as long as im successful ill be happy. I was conditioned to believe that, now that im an adult ive reached places of success and couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t happy. Were so connected, yet so detached from each other in this world that we don’t appreciate the little things and the connections were suppose to feel with each other’s as human beings. We have a very immediate satisfaction culture now, and i believe there a lot of us walking around in tremendous pain, which leads to fucked up energy that were giving off to each other everyday. I’m a huge believer in energy, the secret and the law of attraction, but I’ve learned that in this validation seeking, self absorbed culture were in today, I stopped caring about other people, and i think a lot of people are so focused on themselves out of anxiety o being a nobody that we’ve forgot the impact we have on each other and how important it is to be connected to each other energy wise and in the moment. Not just through screens until now. Last, we as people forgot how to trust the universe, and relax, we’ve become pushers, we push everything rather than trusting that whats meant for us will find us, our culture basically i feel has forgot how to relax, truly support each other and love one another. “The energy you put in, is the energy you get in return, with anything you do. “
