Joining the indigo cadet program is one of the best ways to become an airline pilot in india at the moment though the prices are quite steep which is the deciding factor for many at the end of the day… but if one is hardworking and has the money this is probably the way to go as there’s a lot less uncertainty involved in this way.

Isn't the Indigo flying using PW1127 GA-JM instead of the G-JM. (The Alternate Climb Mode on Engine). The display on the SIM was showing G-JM!

Same buddy at least you recive under taking form i received a mail to signature under taking form but haven't recive any form yet i called to chimes for same but they told me to wait once the program is start i will recive an update.
When CAE will start taking applications for cadet as of now there are no way to apply for cadet pilot program in Gondia

Mangalore is my hometown airport. As it is a Tabletop airport. Can u please explain ur first experience as a pilot
Only the old runway in IXE was challenging which was Runway 09/ 27 total length was approximately 4910 feet end to end and also on that runway it was only challenging to land on 09 side because that was all downhill from the 1000’ touchdown point so if you didn’t put the airplane down then it balls 🏀 in the mouth moment otherwise on 27 side because of a massive uphill slope it could wash out your landing speed very effectively. Current runway is approximately 8000’ so no worries piece of cake, hope this helps
I possess the necessary competencies to operate A320 aircraft and possess the requisite skills to be a pilot. However, when it comes to financial matters, a significant investment of 60 to 80 lakhs is required to pursue a career in aviation. Without this substantial sum, it becomes unfeasible to embark on such a path. It would be highly beneficial if Indigo, or any other relevant organization, must provide cost-free training opportunities to individuals lacking the financial means, thus addressing this obstacle.

Students who don't have maths and physics can complete them from NIOS and then they are eligible to become a pilot.

I had applied in the CAA ICP and there is no update since more than 3 months. Also i had sent the consent form of preferred FTO and now i got to know about FF & FH program at CAA.
