Moana was a pretty big hit when it came out in 2016, but it became even more popular when it hit Disney Plus, becoming the most streamed movie on their platform. Naturally Disney wanted more- this time in the form of a streaming series. Wait, no- a movie! Yeah, a movie.
Moana 2 does raise some questions. Like why does this feel like it should have been a TV show? Why are there so many new characters that don’t do anything? What’s up with that bat lady just suddenly not being evil? What are Moana’s powers now?
To answer all these questions and more, step inside Ryan George’s Pitch Meeting for Moana 2!

Disney's method of trying to squeeze the most profit possible out of every creation is extremely disgusting.

Don't know how anyone is able to stomach being a Disney fan these days. Thoroughly disgusting company. So... SOOOO much off-putting stuff.
Dude... I freakin' LOVE "Airplane"! One of my Top 10 Comedies! Leslie was a comedic GOD in that! The line of people waiting to "calm down" the Hysterical Woman! "Chump don't want no help, chump don't get no help." 😆😂😆😂😆😂😆😂😆😂😆😂

Disney: here's this 4 count of the non speaking characters!! You got the pig, chicken, and coconut guy! And don't forget the water character!"

It feels like Disney movies are now churned out by AI periodically without any human involvement whatsoever.

Disney has spent so much of its time trying to teach our kids not to call bad guys "bad guys". It's astounding.
Also, "I thought Moana was friends with the ocean" sums up this entire world perfectly. I couldn't enjoy the first movie because of that. Either she's friends with literally half of the planet and it's super easy for her, or you make it hard for her but then don't have her befriend half the planet itself....

They've blunted the current ones, & are in the process of scrubbing the flaws of the old ones... really makes one wonder how much of themselves they see in the villains.
