how do I use mysql connection in third party? I tried but still can't ... connection failed... Pliss help me..

Is it connection credentials are correct.? Is MySql in same pc..? If it is not check firewall or antivirus blocking the connection or not, by enabling the specific port it will be alright.

@@amtecho I am sure that mysql configuration is correct. I have tried mysql connection using navicat no problem. mysql is installed on localhost
