I saw you ripping off the small amount of beef on the bone but are you sure you didn’t order a beef bone marrow dish? That looked like marrow on the bottom side of the bone. If it was, that probably would’ve been the 4.9/5 star rating that they get. I couldn’t tell completely if it was marrow but it sure did look like it. If it was you were supposed to eat that if it’s a marrow dish. I think you might’ve missed the best part or the reason behind that dish. But I could be wrong. Love your videos.

I think it’s important to add that Ben usually does takeout or delivery. Food prepared with the intention of being eaten straight away does not sit well sometimes. I know of a fantastic sushi restaurant that had to move to delivery during COVID and many people who wanted to try it decided to order delivery. They were severely disappointed. I think the restaurant could’ve done better in this video, but sometimes ordering delivery really hurts the experience.
There are many restaurants in Korea that give out free side dishes when you leave a 5 star review. So you can have a 4.9 star restaurant with over 1k reviews that turn out to be pretty meh, it's difficult to rely on ratings because of this.

Definitely not. Bone marrow is using the leg bones and split in half. These are rib bones, which don't have enough size on them to make a good marrow.

The pork ribs from Costco is a better deal. 20 bucks for a full rack and it tastes good. Meat's tender and comes off the bone easy.
