Pico de gallo is one of many salsa dips that mexican food has to offer. It is pronounced as 'Pico de Gayo', just like how we pronounce Quesadilla as 'Quesadiya'. In spanish, double L(ll) sounds like letter (y). I would recommend food vloggers to use a translation app if you are new to any cuisine or a dish and dont know the right pronunciations.
