I made this amazing cake yesterday for my 37th wedding anniversary and there were no leftovers! Everyone loved it especially my husband. He is a big fan of anything with cream. It was so easy to make and I love all your recipes. You make it so easy to follow the recipes. Thank you😌😘

it's a classic european dessert called "cremschnit". the classic doesn't have mascarpone nor any other type of cheese in it, only vanilla cream. also, you can use custard powder to make it faster... still, not a couple of minutes :-D

I always use left over puff pastry to make something else, either savoury or sweet. If you wrap it, it will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days quite well.
