PIZZA BREAD BOMB
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 20-25 minutes
Serving 4
Ingredients
For Stuffing
2 tbsp Oil , तेल
1 inch Ginger, chopped , अदरक
2 Garlic cloves, chopped , लहसुन
½ medium Red bell pepper, chopped , रेड बेल पेपर
½ medium Green bell pepper, chopped , ग्रीन बेल पेपर
1 big Potato, boiled & grated , आलू
100-150 gms Cheese , चीज
2 tbsp Mayonnaise , मायोनिज
1 tsp Dried Oregano , सूखा ओरिगैनो
Few small cubes Cheese , चीज
½ tsp Tomato ketchup (for each boom) , टाॅमेटो केचप
Other Ingredients
4-5 Bread slices, edges removed , ब्रेड
1 tbsp Butter , मक्खन
½ tsp Red chilli flakes , कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च
½ tsp Dried Oregano , सूखा ओरिगैनो
Few Coriander leaves, roughly tron , धनिया पत्ता
For Serving
Mayonnaise , मेयोनेज़
Tomato ketchup , टाॅमेटो केचप
Process
For Stuffing
In a pan heat oil then add ginger, garlic, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and saute until fragrant.
Now add grated potato and mix everything properly then continue cooking for another minute.
Remove the mixture in a bowl then add cheese, mayonnaise, dried oregano and mix everything together and keep in the fridge to cool down.
Pull out the mixture from the fridge then take a portion of it and make a well in center place a small cheese cube and some tomato ketchup then close it up in a spear
Make the rest with remaining mixture and set aside for further use.
For Pizza Bread Bomb
Take a bread slice without edges and dip in some water lightly.
Spread it little, then use it to cover the prepared stuffing spears and repeat the same with the rest of it.
Now deep fry the bombs in medium hot oil until golden brown from all sides.
Remove and set aside, meanwhile brown some butter in a pan and add dried oregano, red chilli flakes, coriander leaves switch off the flames.
Add the fried pizza bread bombs in and cost them properly.
They are ready to serve with some mayonnaise, tomato ketchup.

The remarkable variation evident here stems from a single fact that the younger Ranveer had to navigate and rise in the competitive food industry, from being a nonentity to someone whose recipes could be whiffed in virtually every society. He invested all his time to get things right( to get that desired validation), ranging from his energetic welcome to continuing with the same jubilance throughout the shoot. And he did it!!!!
The present one with his easy-going attitude is cognizant of his success but what gets him out of bed every morning is the fact that there are people who so -definitely -love his recipes but more importantly love him, as opposed to the feeling of staying afloat in the industry that used to keep the younger moving.
