You are doing an amazing job for Ph.D. students who live all over the world. Thank you millions of times. Please keep sharing this type of helpful video.
Thank you very much for this video, this has been a great guide for our study. One question, is the process of doing CFA the same when my constructs has various subvariables under it?
Hello mr Fawad, thank you very much for this amazing series. It is really great that you are putting these videos for free. I have a question if you dont mind. I study psychology, when I check the papers that includes sem analysis, I see that writers only report measurement model (gfi, cfi, rmsea ect.), they dont report composite reliability or discriminant validity. I wonder why they are doing that? Is it acceptable? Thank you.
Thank you soo much sir , the way you have explained how to report the values after analysing the data is very easy to understand. Sir if possible, may you send me the e-book on SEM? , as the books you suggested in the lectures is not available on Amazon or flipkart.
Hi! I need to report convergent and discriminant validity after analyzing my data on SPSS, and not AMOS. If you've already made this, could you please share the link to that video?
@@researchwithfawad,if there is a variable whose all items were not loaded in the same factor, would that variable be taken for calculating CR and AVE excluding those items? Or if one item of the variable doesn't load anywhere at all, can we take the remaining items and calculate CR and AVE? I needed to delete 2 items from one of my variables due to factor loading issue and the variable is left with three items and I did all the calculations using those three items. So, for CR and AVE, should I be using those three items or exclude the entire variable to check convergent and discriminant validities? Please respond
Sir, I want to ask, if my htmt is low for one or two construct, can I proceed for analysis Second, if my discriminant validity is good when I use criteria other than HTMT ratio, can I proceed or I need to check HTMT
How high is your HTMT, is it too much over .90. If so, first check for cross-loadings and try to improve by removing items stepwise that may be causing issues in discriminant validity.

Thanks for watching. Reliability and Validity must be reported.

@@researchwithfawad mailed you sir. Thanks for your reply.
Sir You R using the excel file for CR, AVE and Fornell and larcker criterion or HTMT, plz tell us how we will get it
You can visit researchwithfawad.com
sir what should be the min value for the factor loading to be deleted is it 0.5 or 0.7 ?????
0.40.

I haven't used SPSS for this purpose. Reporting, however, doesn't change. You can use the same format as used for amos
Reporting doesn't change. You can use tue same format.
Okay, but in SPSS analysis, AVE has to be calculated separately or manually. So, that is needed as reporting is the next step.

If item is not loading onto its factor it is deleted.
