She made it looks so easy, so simple! My sourdough bread making was like going to war. My counter was full of flour, dough was on both hands, apron and on my hairs. Thanks so much for your instructions.

Too much fun! It will get easier and a lot less messier as you keep making it. I hope it tasted good and you enjoyed it.

I love how detailed this is. I used another recipe and it had a crumb to it but the consistency was a little tough. I would try this recipe soon. Beautiful bread. What If I don’t have a Dutch combo or pizza stone or a cast iron skillet, what could I use?

Thanks. Well, you could still make bread but you will not get the same crust. Just make your bread on the oven sheet. You could also place a pot of hot water in your oven, while baking your bread, to get some steam going. This will help with the crust a little.

I saw one person put the container they cooked the bread in inside a large roasting pan with the lid on. You could try that perhaps?

I didn't realize I could put it in the fridge to rise over 8-10 hours... I'm just learning and have been leaving mine out on the counter overnight.. Then its super sticky and hard to work with!
