i have learned a lot from your video about the three types of tire tread. I have just bought a new one and I have to check it whether it is the right tire mounted in the right position. Anyway the store dealer mounted it, I just hope they have enough knowledge about tire and have it done the right way. Thank you so much for the information you imparted.
Thanks for watching! Most tire places get it right although sometimes people make mistakes. I’ve made my fair shares of mistakes haha never hurts to double check

Can we flip Asymmetrical tire from left to right (still keeping outside out and inside in)? I am asking as I see pattern is confusing when we change from left to right
The tire attached to the car has a rotation direction arrow clearly visible which indicates the tire is mounted on the WRONG side of the car! If you leave it that way, the tire will be turning backwards.
Aren't all asymmetrical tires also directional? Can only be rotated front to back, no crossover. You said asymmetrical tires can be mounted on any corner of the car
“Asymmetrical tires are designed to enhance traction, handling, and cornering capabilities while reducing noise. These tires are often found on sport performance vehicles. The tires can rotate in either direction when mounted with the correct side facing out, as indicated on the tire sidewall” Although I have seen very few Asymmetrical and directional tires out there (Michelin), most Asymmetrical tires can rotate either way!
@@tunerworld Hi, what will happen if I switched outside in?, is dangerous?,because my car rear tires inside wear faster than outside due to camber. Thanks
The best video on youtube❤
Excellent video on directional-tire mounting. Thanks!
Best video of all. THANK YOU❤
Thanks for explaining this clearly and in a fun way 😊
Anytime, Thanks for watching!

Thank you so much for the compliment! Honestly my fault as I am super inconsistent with TH-cam. Life gets too busy sometimes!
I’m hopeful one day
This information seems hard to come by when you are shopping for tires. Is there a website that gives the tread patterns for tires?

Also wondering
Directional tires have arrow on the sidewall of the direction of the tire?
Yep! They should have that. Some tires (Rare) are Asymmetrical Directional as well and would also have an arrow
