Restart Steam and try again in case there are temporary server or network issues.
you prolly already figured it out but in case you didn't, as long as you have the MP4 file you just ignore the scene pkg step and just manually import the file where you can make your edits as needed.
Thing is that there are some Wallpaper that doesn't come with the scene.pkg and only has the wallpaper.mp4 +project.json + preview.gif And they has no audio :/

Super helpful! Just got a new 3840x1080 monitor and found a wallpaper I loved, only problem is it was meant for 2 1080 monitors and had a clock on each side. Was super easy to remove one of them with this :3

Awesome tutorial, but unfortunately when i opened the chosen wallpaper in explorer, i don't have a scene.pkg, just the mp4 file, preview.gif, and project.json.

If you're getting an error while loading an audio file, please make sure that you're uploading an MP3 or WAV file and not an M4A.
