‘Seven fatal flaws’: Chris Kenny assesses Labor govt’s performance two years after election

- Sky News host Chris Kenny says there is no doubt the Labor government has “failed”, nearly two years on from when it was elected.
“This time two years ago we were in the thick of an election campaign and all the polls were pointing to a Labor victory,” Mr Kenny said.
“It hasn't made your life easier, it hasn't made the country stronger, it's made all of us more vulnerable.
“Now it might survive into a second term, most governments do, but if it does it's likely to be in minority, reliant on the Greens, so if it survives it won't get any better, it'll only get worse.
“I was thinking about this for my Weekend Australian column and I've tried to summarise the government’s failures under seven fatal flaws.”
A vote for a Green or a vote for a Teal is a vote for Labor. If you are a Green voter or a Teal voter wake up!

Labor has by far caused the biggest interruption to normal life through extremely poor decisions and gross miss-management. At best the Liberals will get voted in and clean things up, but they too have so many flaws. Australia needs a real change, a new system perhaps that doesn't allow corruption to exist so freely and a method that makes politicians accountable for their actions.

Too many have been possessed by that filth. A bloke I worked with my age, 50 and a bit was caught on a drug test for using meth. He seemed normal to me, I would never have picked him. Would love to see your assessment of the Coalition's performance over a decade. I don't recall such a program while they were in power. Surely they didn't get everything right such as Scomo appointing himself the Minister for Everything. The Voice failed because the Coalition backflipped. No referendum has ever passed without bipartisan support. They have also voted against every measure Labor has tried to implement for political reasons. Dutton was even point scoring on such issues as domestic violence. Kudos to the Coalition for managing to absolve themselves from the damage they cause and lay the blame on others. I always accepted because of who it is Sky News Australia was purposely right wing opinionated and what is said is what they want the viewer to believe. I expected there would be digs at the current government after the election, which by the way I didn't and won't vote for. Surprise surprise I vote Liberal and I'm not left wing or right wing.
