I have next to no vested interest in Devastator as a character or a combiner set and I REALLY want this set purely because it's engineered so- bafflingly well

Hasbro could be better, but calling these core class is over simplifying a lot. They're much more complex than the limits set for the class, and I think larger than the average core too.

This is a seriously impressive toy. Able to turn into FOUR modes while giving articulation even in the combiner mode is no small feat. A LITTLE disappointing that Devastator still requires outside pieces, but at least it's not as bad as the Transformers Mini version.
Even tho car modes don't look particularly sparkling, the fact that these are quadro-changers is astonishing. Chineese engineers are on a whole another level, I tell you.

3 modes + combining into Devastator!! Amazing! I have a 1st Gen Devastator IOP, and I always loved it, but this is fantastic! Simply incredible design.
It’s pretty cool even if a few of the modes suffer a bit. The true gem is the combined mode. But seriously who is going to display or use the square mode except for storage?
The vehicle modes for Hook & Mixmaster leave to be desired, that being said, it's a very nice looking set. The best feature is that Devastator's gun is combined from of the individual guns.
I have to admit, at first, I wasn't sure which one of the first and fourth constructicons was Scrapper or Bonecrusher, but after seeing that this set's combined form of Devastator is very similar to the original G1 version with where each constructicon is suppose to connect, I can now recognize that the first constructicon that is transformed in this video is Scrapper, and the fourth one is Bonecrusher. I think that the initial confusion came from how different Bonecrusher's cybertronian vehicle mode is looking from his earth vehicle mode. Then again, we never actually saw the constructicons in their cybertronian vehicle forms before, so some confusion should've been expected. Once again, a HUGE kudos for the Lucky Cat company for being able to come up with this amazing set of 6 toys, and I'm eager to see what more wonders they can create in the future! 😁 And, in addition to that, thank you too once again, Swifttransform, for making us another incredible video! 😁😁

These are probably some of the best looking Transformers figures I've ever seen. Way better looking than any of the ones Hasbro's been putting out since '84. I need to know where and how I can get these.
I definitely like this version because even though they look cool I kind of hate the combined asset need extra parts to transform into their large robot mode like like the ones that are close to the TV series in the games
Dang, I was not expecting much, but these were actually very interesting designs. Efficient use of space, and even the combiner parts they had to offload into accessories were well-made rather than the awkward, bulky ham-things that a lot of older gen combiners had. And yeah, having the weapon accessories combine so smoothly was very nifty.
Wow 😍 Another great video Each step is clear as always, which reminds me, one of the key item I love with this channel is that he is not guessing what is the next step. I mean, the other channel I've seen seems unsure on what they are doing. It's like: I have a transformer, I'll take a video wondering how to transform it 😋or makes the steps half hearted or does the step in a annoying way. On this channel, each and every step is clear and precise. You can tell that he practice the transformation multiple times so that we can see the steps clearly and presented with the outmost presentation not just on this video, but with each and every one that he made & I'm looking forward for the next video 😍😉 Last item, the music is always a great compliment for the video/s, it makes it easy to relax and unwind while watching 😌
It is really cool how the cubes transform into Cybertronian construction vehicles and then the vehicles transform into Scrapper, Mixmaster, Scavenger, Hook, Bonecrusher and Long Haul, and then they all combine to form Devastator! I mean wow!
These work so well for iron factory stand ins. Very much in the same style. Head sculpts are on point but a little small and that would be my only complaint on the set. amazing everywhere else. Can't wait for any repaints down the line really hoping for a G2 yellow or orange color scheme.
Four transformation modes, amazing articulations, and great engineering. I wish the company will make an oversized version. The only issue is how to display them.
Amazing set start to finish and nice job showing off each combiner separate and together! A few small gripes in vehicle mode otherwise this would be my favorite Deve of all time!

This Devastator has a cybertronian look. I like it!!
It's based on the DreamWave "War Within" mini-series cybertronian designs.
Their Mixmaster makes me also think of Animated with the back treads
So do the construction vehicle forms; that’s likely what they looked like on Cybertron before being reformatted!
The fact they’ve got so many forms AND they look and transform really well is a real testament to how genius the designers are

I love this take on the constructicons, they have almost cybertronian alt-modes!
They're meant to cybertronian alt-modes, heavily based on the designs seen the DreamWave mini-series "the War Within".
