42.8 watts with 0.36PF is inverter idle draw. Currently, Idle draw supply is sourced from grid, not batteries or solar. If you disconnect the grid, idle draw will come from batteries and solar (these inverters do DC+DC mixing). You need to disconnect grid/mains to make sure that Inverter own power is not coming from Grid. Also SL4 setting will not help you since SL1-4 setting is for charge controller with RTC clock whereas your concern is with device/inverter own power draw. This is normal in all tranformer based inverters. 40watts consumption on aluminium based and 25-30 watts on copper based. Gamma 3350 also consumes 40 watts. If you are worried about 0.36 PF, just power on some load and PF will improve. Again this is by design on how transformer work. Currently, only Ashapower and UTL Gamma is the one which doesn't draw its own power consumption from Grid. Ashapower is far superior in all aspects but not value for money, especially if you have sized your solution appropriately and keep the grid disconnected. If you want some automation, just use a smart switch/relay to control Mains supply to inverter. My normal 12v 900va inverter idle draw is 24 watts. So you can relate that 42 watts is ok. Saggu Sahib. Thank you so much. It is nice help and describe in details. I have installed smart MCB and supplying main grid only two hours per day. Company said this product software is not updated. In ideal condition transformer should be get switched off.
From my view point your inverter is fully normal it will consume some current to run itself when you will install solar panels on it you will not feel the pinch of commercial supply. I am using 48 v model without adding gride supply in fact mains are switched off since second day of installation. Your decision of buying this inverter is correct and results will be seen after installing panels. Tks

This model is over hyped..... It has software program flaw... Overcast for few minutes, it will supply power from main instead of batteries... Where as Smarten will supply power from batteries after solar panel.. Only shift to main after discharging of batteries to a pre-selected value.... smart logic board or software program is far better with Smarten MPPT inverter. EAPRO has higher power rating, you can install more solar panel... But what's the use if it switch to main in daytime whenever little cloud. Of course you can manually disconnect the main... but why to intervene when one can design better software program.

मै भी ऐप्रो Company का Solar Inverter खरिद्नेके तैयारी थी, अब ये Video जब देखा तो बिल्कुल मना कर रहहु।
दुसरा जो Custermer को आच्छा service provide करने वाला company का ही search करके खरिदुँगा।

Right.. but chip design aisa ho ki transformer ko band kar de. And aisa design normal hai 30 min idel ke bad transformer band ho jata hai

Transformerless थोड़ा कम लेता है
लेकिन circuit चलाने के लिए कुछ load तो लेगा ही
@@sandeepvashishta3732 circuit DC par chalta hai.. Jo ki 0.1 Amp hai agree hu ki 0.1 Amp thik hai itna to leta hi hai and company ke user manual mai bhi itna hai..but AC ka 0.5 ka issue hai. Company ne agree kiya hai ki hum ise thik kar ke dege..
