Nahi aisi baat nahi hai. Mujhe pune main inhone(ashapower) replacement parts free bheje the aur maine local technician se product fix bhi kara liya (inhone hi local technician ko guide kiya tha). 5+ years ho gaye product aaj bhi durust chal raha hai.

I have Luminous Cruze 2KVA inverter and it seems better than this ASHA Power inverter, I can immediately see that in this solar inverter has 2 section, one is MPPT section on top while inverter section on the lower section and all cramped in such a small space, Luminous has 2 separate sections for inverter and transformer, it is well ventilated and has good price with very good performance. This is very important for North Indian extreme hot weather, heat is electronics killer. Another issue with Asha Power is, they should provide WIFI/IOT feature at that price point for MPPT charger and inverters. So I think, Asha power product is at best average. He is talking about removable/replaceable parts but who will diagnose the issue on site? Who will say what need to be changed? Suggestion for Asha power is to built well ventilated products and WIFI/IOT feature, I understand that for small company they can't provide on-site visit and diagnose.
