I literally started watching season 5 of love island UK because of this podcast and to see how Anna was in love island compared to now and my goodness. This is my first time watching love island and I truly hit the jackpot. This was one of the most juiciest and chaotic thing I have ever watched in reality tv and I loved every second of it. I started it 4 days ago and am basically done with the season. Do I have a life? Perhaps not. Do I care? No. Do I regret it? Absolutely not. Anna has grown to such a beautiful and mature woman and I think you two have such cool energy and just make it so entertaining and fun to listen to with your banter but also real talk. Much respect to you guys ^-^
Guys when you buy a house in a joint tenancy or tenancy in common where you share (research both options), you set the terms before -you can say if one person passes then the other person gets it when you set these terms
If you own it as beneficial joint tenants, if you die the whole title will automatically pass to the other sister. You just need to make sure the conveyance says something along the lines of “joint tenants in law and equity” - if it’s “tenants in common” your half will pass to your spouse :)
How come you guys dont use sponsors in youtube vids? Thats the only way to make money out of youtube nowadays. Either reach out or hire management to do that for you

In your wills you can legally stipulate that you want the asset to go to each other in the worst-case scenario. No need to do the joint ownership thing, which sounds complicated af
You need to get your future husband to sign a prenuptial which states they will not receives anything that belongs to you. You can also write a ‘Will’ stating who can receives the property if you pass away

I think this should be reconsidered… Unique guests, life stories, interesting topics and a relevant guest… EVERYONE does social media guests/friends/industry vibes. I think get a few topics going on your socials and ask people to pitch how they are relevant or their life/career experience etc. Then you might find unique guests with unique stories. I think that would be super cool x

Guys you need to get some tax advice on the house and look into buying a new place in trust for the benefit of both of you and any future children or you will get stung on inheritance tax especially as you are saying that your mum is going to live in the new house. You’re accepting a filler (as in time waster) just to make yourself feel momentarily better? To me being with someone you feel for us way more satisfying than going with someone just because you can. Why not just take some time to yourself and to process the end and council yourself to health again (cos let’s face it breaking up with someone you know and love is traumatising enough) and then in time give yourself another chance to meet the one that makes you feel more than the one before did?! Live your life as you will and want but this is in my mind how we end up with so much trauma build up, because we don’t stop to process and fully accept ourselves with the hard lessons and heaviness that life brings sometimes!! ❤❤ Love you girls and ur podcast, ur both so real!

girl yes, that was honestly probably the best season! every season afterwards is unwatchable, except for this past season 10
