- This time we came to Kagurazaka. It was coincidentally the restaurant's 5th anniversary on that day, and customers had given sunflowers as gifts all over the restaurant 🌻 It was a wonderful restaurant that is loved by many customers.

The sea urchin was fresh and had a slightly sweet and rich flavor😍 The abalone has a nice texture and chewy texture🤤

As an American, I have to say Nihon Gyu Niku is god in all aspects when comparing to USDA prime rib. Wagyu beef is just one of many epitomes that shows Japanese people’s lifelong dedication to one thing.
