I just love your cooking and methods...I do not have Kajmak nor do I have that delicious looking Slanlina, nor homemade mozarella, but I can obtain sour cream, bacon, store bought mozarella along with bread crumbs, green onion, and parsley, and cook a potato using your methods on a fire using my substitute materials, and I know it will come out delicious. Thank you once again for the inspiration! Also love your classy knife, spoon, cutting board, and your style. Thank you from upstate NY USA our terrain is very similar to yours believe it or not.

It`s a lot like bacon but better, homemade usually, smoked and/or boiled pork belly i believe but other cuts may be used. I don`t think you can buy this in a store, but there may be some imitation of it out there.
