These are extremely fun and therapeutic , when I had to spend some time in a psych ward for depression, doing art and practicing one line drawings is really what entertained me and inspires creativity I love these :)

It's a dot grid journal. However, you can find dot grid sheets in the market as well. Search factor notes journals if you are finding in India.
