He was pulled to avoid having to face them again and keep his ERA below 2. But if he didn’t face the best while other pitchers had to, his ERA is a sham.
Extremely pitiful of the Pirates to pull him after 2. He hadn’t reached their 165 inning cap yet. I think it was done to ensure his ERA stayed below 2, which is pathetic. And Skenes should have protested.
soto is over fuckin rated and hasnt done ANYTHING since winning in washington. individual stats dont mean shit in team losses or when teams dont do anything in the post season. individuals dont make team sports great or interesting
