What's a poem rather than song...influenced by the people who neved bowed head before the dirty rules made by rulers ...May Allah Pak protect this mulk Pakistan Ameen...and May Allah Pak such people like habib jalib, their increased day by day Ameen ..which is real worth of pakistan
Reading the comments, It's with appreciable that both young generations from India and Pakistan understand the real issues of both sides, we have to stand against these inhumane borders and conflicts running on the tax of common people.
what a wonderful young musician! where can one get more of his songs? and wish i had known he was performing in jnu....would have certainly gone to listen to him.
Ammar Rashid isn't a professional singer, he is a dedicated socialist/marxist. This is a work by revolutionary Pakistani poet, "Habib Jalib". He often sings in protests on issues and gatherings of like-minded comrades. It could be one of those recordings.
Dear composer, if you are reading this please please please for the sake of our future please recreate this song the same way please. we really need this to be trending and it will be. i mean the idea it portrays with such beauty man. i have no words. this can actually make our generation think. the lyrics are so fucking apt. Excellent performance.. Revolutionary poem..
This gentleman has sung the poetry beautifully
dekh zindāñ se pare rañg-e-chaman josh-e-bahār
raqs karnā hai to phir paañv kī zanjīr na dekh
دیکھ زنداں سے پرے رنگ چمن جوش بہار
رقص کرنا ہے تو پھر پاؤں کی زنجیر نہ دیکھ
Whenever I listen to this ghazal of Jalib Sahib, a ray of hope awakens in my heart as if to be re-illuminated in the darkness, Ammar Bhai, you are an inspiration for Us, Long Live Resistance 💖✌️

" Its Just Epitome of Music"❣️🙌
Gaane Dil tak pohochte hai, Inquilabi Namz rooh tak pohochti hai😭❤️
This is one of the best covers i have heard of anything in a long time. Kudos and love from Pakistan.

Dear composer, if you are reading this please please please for the sake of our future please recreate this song the same way please. we really need this to be trending and it will be. i mean the idea it portrays with such beauty man. i have no words. this can actually make our generation think. the lyrics are so fucking apt. "jehel ki raat" are you serious so apt. and your voice and your skill may god bless you.
The poet is Habib Jalib who spent most of his life in Jail for having socialist views. You can look him up on wikipedia.
