Some states now provide old pension scheme like jharkhand,HP, chhattisgarh, Rajasthan,punjab and central govt provides unified pension scheme...all states will provide ups (like maharashtra) or ops in recent future... My question is which is better among bank,state govt job and central govt job considering psu don't provide pension(except Nps which is also applicable to private sector)...I m also heard psu sector (as bank is not a govt job) gives much work load and hectic schedule....office closing time is not fixed for bank po and leave doesn't sanction easily...
