Laura was having SO MUCH FUN at the photo shoot. She really loves being out in the wild. Also love the cut of your cat flopping about in the plants to them zonked out on your lap being pet. Living the good life. That Italian pot is lovely! If you are not worried about your pets eating a plant (as it is toxic to animals) I would recommend a ZZ plant. I got one and it is flourishing despite my on again off again green thumb. You could always fake it too with some sprigs of eucalyptus or other dried flowers. It would be super cute with a small tree in it but I dont know the upkeep of a lemon tree.

Just wanted to say thank you you inspire me
I had that same medallion with my chandelier too. Even had it finished with the same gold accents. When I no longer had the chandelier, I repainted the medallion in grey and glued a small round mirror behind the open center. Turned it into a cute wall mirror. Another "recycled" item.

THAT was a fun video! Thanks for sharing, Selena. When you whipped out that Rub 'n Buff, it instantly took me back to my teenage years, redoing a Norwegian steamer trunk with my Dad. He had this collection of shades of RnB, and taught me how to create the finish you describe. Yay!!! Made my day already. Happy face!

Peace lily for your pot. I would suggest drilling a hole on the bottom. If you don’t want to do that then the peace lily likes moist soil, can survive in low light, and will droop if it needs water ( I don’t recommend you let that happen)

Nice video. Put an ivy in your planter. Low maintenance and you can let it trail out or keep it trimmed.

I was shopping with my youngest child when he was little, and I was on one side of a clothing rack and a woman was on the other. I was talking to my son, who she could not see, and she looked at me and asked, “Are you talking to yourself!” I told her no that I was talking to my child. She just called me out! 😂 You have a great day and enjoy your garden and pets...2 very relaxing things. 😊🌺

Great video. You packed a lot into it. You could try a tall snake plant in that planter. It’s easier than low maintenance. I guess using hair extensions for a fun change is ok but you look truly more sophisticated in the bob. I loved your simple jeans and white shirt with that great red orange bag.
