I am in Northern California, central valley where it is hot and dry, and planted lots of tomatoes, peppers and strawberries. I love having garden tomatoes to make fresh salsa all summer long! Also have a peach tree that is producing the best peaches this year!
Dusty, next time sauté the cumin seeds and then sauté the onions. It brings out the flavor of the seeds in a really great way. Learned it from my Indian friend.
Salsa: If you get a chance next time you're at Publix and/or Amazon, please give Mateo's salsa and other products such as their taco sauce a try. I used to buy fresh salsa and through someone's suggestion I tried Mateo's and haven't looked back. Their mild salsa and mild taco sauce are my two favorite products. Costco even sells some of their products. They have a product finder on their website. ---- Beans: For your viewers who are not able to eat lectins, Eden and Jovial brand beans are the only ready to eat beans that are lectin free due to their cooking method.
Zoe looks just like her Dad, sooo cute! Honestly I could not live in the humidity of Florida, but you guys are young! I’d love to see you and Dusty go to a restaurant, vegan and traditional and navigate both menus. My sons found some decent vegan restaurants in West Palm when they visited.
I'm in Ontario been loving the tomatoes, zucchini, squash, fresh herbs of every kind, onions, peppers, habeneros and mini hot banana peppers. Thank you for inspiring the fresh foods been making homemade tomatoe soup and it's super creamy and fresh with no msg and all the vegetables are from my garden.

Can you share what the name of that tree with the high protein greens? I see it flourishing in one of your raised beds. You mentioned it in a past video but it would be helpful to have the name of the plant written out. I'd love to see if I can grow one in my greenhouse. Thanks!

Do you have a recipe for potatoe salad? That is healthy but tastes good? Also veggie broth can be made at home just a tip i use veggie scraps like the ends and tops of celery, potatoe and carrot peels and tops and the ends of zucchini and boil for an hour with bay leaf strain and i have 5 large jars of free vegetable broth. I found out the vegetable broth we pay for is also made from vegetable scraps as well. We are paying for what most people consider garbage or compost.
Is the Sea Moss worth the price? I wonder if it would help my FIL with his CIDP? He’s 88 and will most likely be in a wheelchair by Christmas. We’re the oldest and are packing to move from Michigan back to Texas to take care of them.
I love seeing what others are growing in the garden! I recommend following The Urban Harvest on youtube. She's a Florida gardener in St. Pete and she's always sharing what to grow at what time of year AND she has a store where you can buy seeds. She has so many varieties of lettuces and greens that do well in our climate that they just don't have in big stores. Seedthestars is an etsy shop and small business that also sells varieties of things adapted to grow well in FL. Check them out! Happy gardening :)

Lol, your son was so upset you threw away his treasured sweet potato. The looks girl.
😂 I know. It was a cute moment. ❤❤

My Radishes grow really well and fast, if I can keep the bugs off them. I love eating the leafy greens from them. Also tomatoes

if you compost all your veg and fruit scraps and put them in the garden beds, you will spen less on soil an fertilizer next season.
We do compost, but too slimy for garden??
