Fished today with a new Sensilite, 6'6" ultralight fast action. Love it. Bass, bluegill, crappie and channel cat. Caught them all. Great rod with a great feel. Casts like a champ. I paired it with a Shimano Syncopate 1000.
What sensilite rod would you suggest for primarily nottawasaga river but also just messing around and trying to catch smaller fish for fun anywhere... I already have a shimano fx 1000 which I would be pairing it with.
@@MD-od2sh any of the light models. I’m tighter rivers you may want a shorter model where on the Notty you may want the 7’6” for extra casting distance. Really depends what you are fishing around
Have 2 of the UL 6.5 for my trout set up paired with a Nasci 1000 … question: when will the US have the Nasci Rod from the EU? Any intel on having the Nasci Rod being available in the US? Tnx
No plans that I have seen kicking around. There are different rod series based on country demand. That may compete with one of the existing lineups, price wise which makes it tough to bring in
Good evening sir, I’ve been longing for NRX versions of some TSR models for a decade. Particularly the glx models. 😁 That discontinued 791 TSR glx (microline) in NRX+ with a 1000 Stella and 5lb PowerPro. A man can dream. 😁 You guys make it, I’m buying. My better half still fishes two of that original👍 I’ll get her that NRX+ 840s inshore around the holidays. My favorite YT channel for all things Loomis/Shimano. The only combos allowed at the house.

What would be a good reel size to match up these rods?
Being Ultralight and Light the 500, 1000 and 2000 size reels would be perfect
I wish Shimano would bring the Soare rods to the US.

Will they still have the bfs casting rod in the Sensilite?
Not that I have seen. BFS casting models in Curado rod, Zodias and Expride

I haven’t seen one in the series. They do make Curado, Zodias and Expride BFS casting models though.
