True story - Eminem started gaining weight in the mid-late 2000s between Curtain Call and Relapse and so he started jogging to lose it (and help him recover from substance abuse), eventually resulting in him developing an addiction to running. I guess he never recovered from that addiction because he's looked slim ever since (pun intended).
@@ezonplays2260 of course - you can get addicted to any kind of exercising, feeling the rush of adrenaline and getting the pump! It's not necessarily bad to be addicted, so long as it doesn't consume you and you leave room for other productive things to do in your life as well. Balance is key.
