Andy I've followed your Facebook forever. I'm just a little nobody in a small town in Appalachia and in the world of political correctness and BS it's such a relief to know there are still guys like us everywhere around this country and it's great to see one like you not afraid to tackle any project right or wrong you're just out there getting done! And that's way more than most guys these days! Appreciate what you do man keep up the great work never change! Thanks!
Take heart. It’s only the mainstream media, Hollywood stars and the like that feed all this woke and PC bull💩 , the vast majority are perfectly normal 👍.
Good morning from Cape Cod 🦈 this video didn't suck even though it sucked 😂 now that's going to save you a whole lot of back-breaking work, I'm glad it turned out right 👍 keep up the great work and the awesome content Andy ✌️🇺🇲
Doesn't one of your tractors have forks on it? Get some water, or ag totes, set so the piping blows into them. When the fill up you can stack them till they are needed. Also that way you can separate the sawdust from hard and soft woods
I was gonna say the same thing. Glad I read first! In addition, when they get full, they can be sold to others that don't have a sawmill but have horses and other critters that need bedding
Next winter do some experiments with Pykrete. You have an unlimited supply of sawdust and cold winter weather!!!!!! Pykrete cold house or something. :) love your videos
I just love your ingenuity! I also love the fact that all the by-products of your saw mill you use for one thing or another. I can't remember how I found your channel, but I am so glad I did. You and your lovely family have so many trials and tribulations that have made me enjoy y'all so much. I love how "Carlos" stayed with ya and your kids are growin up in a family with both parents. I love how y'all make it work. Kudos to you both for a beautiful family with a wonderful piece of land that y'all are makin yer own! Anywho, back to your piece of sucky machinery. I just get the biggest kick outta how you make it all work! Love the duck tape sayin!😂 Also, leave it to you and your amazing brain to think to someday make pellets outta all the saw dust, too. Good job on this video, Andy! Can't wait for your next one! God bless.😊❤
with the use of drive belt equipment for old tractors we used 3' long steel stakes to pin the frames down to the ground, you can use this method for providing belt tension in your case.
I would get a cheap gravity wagon listed all the time for cheap get a flex hose run it into the gravity wagon when it's full haul it back to where you need it as use as required maybe 2 and tarp the top my cousin has a tarp on his dump trailer and blows leaves into it and barely any come back out
There are corkscrew looking things with an eyelet at the top you can get to hold down kids play sets and stuff. Can’t remember what they are called, but that would be real easy (and cheap) to hold your blower in place
As I've delved into the world of pellets for heat I've learnt that it's not quite as simple as running that chips into a pellet press. They have to be dried to the right moisture content before pressing them. This involves a dryer and a press. I was hoping to do the same thing as pellets have become very expensive and very hard to get here. Seems Britain and China are switching there coal fired power generators to pellets so all pellets produced here in B.C. Canada 🇨🇦 are being shipped bulk overseas. Our price jumped from $4.25 per 40 lb bag to $7.90. At a bag a day it's no longer viable. That's a hell of monthly heating cost.
the yolks and u-joints are all too weak for what you are doing.it looks to me like the cv(constant velocity) jpint is unnescessary.as i recall from vo-tech 40+ years ago a ujoint needs to be between 3 and 7 degrees. the cv jpint has 2 u-joints letting it cover 14 degrees.there are old round balers all over with slip clutches on one end,and they have heavier u joints and yolks.another option would be to drive a jack shaft with belts at the drive end,and then you could drive the blower from the jack shaft.whatever you do please put something around that driveshaft.if it keeps exploding someone may eat some of those pieces.i'm really enjoying your videos.just ran across you tonight, and here i am after midnight.
Blow it in them cord wood bags you get firewood in. They'd be easy to switch out depending what kind wood your cutting and no mess on the ground maybe 😅😂
Love it! And, for the safety of the kids and pets, please get some guarding on the V-Belts. They eat a lot of fingers every year. The fan sure beats shoveling! Thanks Andy! Lee
Looks a solid unit! Could you see it up so it blows in straight into bulka bags for now? Easy to shift with the forks, covered, and could sell per bag too?
Love it Andy's, this both sucks and blows at the same time! As always I love you and you still need a skid steer! Just by Carlos a pet raccoon she'll forgive you. (Sorry TH-cam won't let me post my memes!)
I work for an engineering firm, and I approve. but i just make pretty plans for rich people, i dont know how to math as well as the other people in the office. so take my advice with the whole jar of salt
Lol..he said Suckhole...i promise to do my part to put the word Suckhole in my day to day Vocabulary..like it should be..just the word tho..not my actual Well ya know..LOok A Squrrel..👀
At 7:52. That pre pubescent smile from a grown man watching big machines do awesome things is priceless!
Man I frickin love this guy - just makes me smile. “Find an alternative way to solve your problems” just made lol
Andy, you make Heath Robinson look like an amateur. Love the way you just go with the flow ❤

Make a catcher out of sheet steel to funnel the sawdust into the intake.

“ they can’t be tight if they’re liquid” Andy 😂❤ I like your style my man! 😊

Mr Andy if you'll build a intake box around the down side of your head saw you should never haft to touch a shovel again good luck on it
Hey Andy, Just get some drain tile and self tappers and you can route it however you want
It hadn't been more than 30 minutes since I used my large channel locks as a hammer! LOL Use what you got! Nice to know I'm not the only one!
I just love your ingenuity! I also love the fact that all the by-products of your saw mill you use for one thing or another.

For a complete "suck fest", this went pretty swimmingly. 😅 Love the channel, Andy.
Yahoo! Andy every day is a Great day with Andy and the Saw Mill

oh yah you might want to rig up a bottom guard to funnel the dust into the draw pipe...it will form it's own over time.
When you build your sawdust shed make sure to build the back wall strong enough to push against with the bucket, less shoveling!
Two axle shafts make great stakes one through each sleeper

Yr in the right book brother 🙏🤝 be well team.
I love watching your progress. Thanks for sharing this wild ride with us.
Sawdust is great to use for composting toilets! I use wood pellets for kitty litter. it works great!
I'm impressed as large as the pipe I wasn't sure you would have enough velocity to convey the green saw dust. Congrats on your 😊success
Another great video

Awesome sucker!!! We had a conveyor on our old mill! And it sucked!!! Broke of plugged up all the time!
God bless you young man , good to see you smile. Keep the faith
Great video
Thank you for putting some laughs in my day! 😊
I bet new rubber on the propeller would make it sooo much more powerful
Love it my friend
Nice hair cut. Who's your barber?

It ain't bad if it works!
Put a trailer at the outlet then you an move it when it full and put the dust anywhere you want it!

I have the same dolly for my cutting torch.

Keep on keeping on
Great video!

Hey it's Darwin in action , if you are dumb enough to get your hand in there ya don't need hands .
Looks a solid unit! Could you see it up so it blows in straight into bulka bags for now? Easy to shift with the forks, covered, and could sell per bag too?
Do you use the sawdust as bedding for your chicken and horses? We have a local mill we get sawdust from for our critters.
Andy said he did.
you are the man !!!!
If you can nail a bunch of lumber together to build a “chicken house”, you can do concrete.
Hey Andy why don't you make you a trailer so then you can move it wherever you need to
You are a hoot 😅
Could always use a rope to line up pulley’s
Andy my man

Anyone else have elephun the elephant. Playing in their head while watching this? No? Just me? Fuck.

😊
It doesn't suck...it blows
Andy, what ever you do don’t let your pipe get stuck in that blower…
Sawdust and bees wax makes a good fire starter
"Ain't nothing Duct Tape or a Shot Gun Can't fix"
Making it Happen!
I still go with "it's not the length of your pipe, it's what you do with it." That way I can sleep at night.... 🤣
I mean, the pipe is adequate if you have an enthusiastically energetic blower.
Please put your back catalog on TH-cam so I can share with friends 👍
Andy I’m an engineer and I will sign off on it. Although I’m a locomotive engineer so it doesn’t really mean much
I work for an engineering firm, and I approve. but i just make pretty plans for rich people, i dont know how to math as well as the other people in the office. so take my advice with the whole jar of salt
Just kept waiting for the big chicken cluck moment, when it broke or didn't work....never happened, buy lottery ticket before this luck runs out!
If you can't duck it, chuck it?
If you can't duck it tape it. ✌️❤️🍺
Commenting on every video. Or trying to.
They do call it 100mph tape😂
Can we get 20min videos? We want to hangout a bit longer.
If ya can't duck it, make like a tree and get the fork outta the bowl. .
Can't super glue it screw it
Well that Video sucked....and blew...lol
As always we love ya and God Bless ❤
Lol..he said Suckhole...i promise to do my part to put the word Suckhole in my day to day Vocabulary..like it should be..just the word tho..not my actual Well ya know..LOok A Squrrel..👀
Say it with me, Algorithm.
Bless the algo gods
😂
That sucks. Lol
Who is Jacek Wujtewicz? He scamming you?
Why does this device remind me of our current President?
It gets the job done
Super cool and bad ass? That’s not how I would describe any current administration…
It's really good at sucking?
But this works unlike the incumbent .
Because they have the same I.Q.?
Hey Andy
As always great video
