This is just Jade the Green Dragon a.k.a. Voidincarnate's strategy ( • VS Ibaraki Douji's Arm... ) with small adjustments to make it work at 15p. Only made this due to the requirement to have a separate video.
Card loadout:
All characters: [stat stick/SP x4], [best in slot]
It matters little which specific cards you use, but you need to have enough SP to achieve required attack power and ensure that Bluemu has enough strength to wipe out Yuugus.

LR1 Shinki: 2 grazes, all skills, 3P LW
F1 Reimu: target Yuugus, 3P SC1
L80 Youmu: target Yuugus, skills 2+3, 3P SC1
Expected outcome: gauge 1 clear.
Turn 2:
Renko: 1 graze, 3P spread shot
Bluemu: target Arm-chan, skill 3, 3P SC4
Myon: 3P SC2
Expected outcome: full break.
Turn 3:
Goddess: 2 grazes, all skills, 3P LW
Shaman: 3P SC1
Ghost: skills 2+3, 3P SC1
Expected outcome: gauge 2 clear.
Turn 4 (mind the skill activation order: Reimu goes first):
Red: 3 grazes, 3P focus shot
Blue: skills 1+2, 3P LW
Green: 3 grazes, skills 1+3, 3P focus shot
Expected outcome: flawless victory.
