      I'll see if I'm able to get one, I don't think my contacts currently have one available. I've got a video coming out soon comparing this one to the 2018 model, but it's just based on the differences based on my experiences with this.

    • @JarrodsTech

      I really liked the Dell 7577 that I recently reviewed, it had decent specs and great build quality. I think I'd really like one of the 13" Alienware laptops (7700HQ / 1060 in a 13" form factor!) as that's my favourite size for travelling, I could probably replace my old macbook with one, hopefully I can test one out some time in the future!

    • @JarrodsTech
      @JarrodsTech  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      What are you doing? In many cases 8gb is good for general use, but as I believe the memory is soldered to the board I'd probably get the best option you could afford for longevity reasons.

    its gonna be long but really appreciated so my main work is music production (ableton) and for the requirements storage should have ssd 512gb cuz for software and 1tb for backup, 16gb ram & i'm kinda ocassional gamer and hot fast best processor easy ! Laptops -stealth,spectre,yoga920,xps 13 vs xps15 ,dell 7577,zenbook pro 550 i am worried about performance durability and no major issue cuz i 'm from india and problems with no warranty doesn't sound good as the 7700hq laptops are kinda basic mobile workstation boxes but as u see ultrabooks 8550u which they are saying the performance is same i am kinda getting good bang for my buck good screen,battery other cool features but in the end i don't want to comprise on performance by some fancy features I just don't want to regret my purchase thats all😢 😧

    • @ramsharma-kp1um
      @ramsharma-kp1um 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      7700 hq laptops or 8550 u laptops ? &why ??

    • @JarrodsTech
      @JarrodsTech  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I actually made a 7700HQ vs 8550U video already :D it's coming out this Wednesday, so you should be able to see the differences there. Basically it's slightly better in single core tests due to the 4GHz boost, but slightly slower in multicore, at least with the XPS 13, as seen here it thermal throttles under full load which downclocks the CPU making it slower, full details and plenty of tests in the video on Wednesday though :) hopefully not too long until the next mobile CPUs are out though.
      Not sure if you want the XPS 13 if you plan on gaming, as there's no dedicated GPU, depends what you're playing though as lower end games run ok, I think something like the 7577 is better for that as you get a discrete GPU and also option for secondary hard drive. I can't speak too much for the other laptops as I haven't tested them myself yet.

    • @ramsharma-kp1um
      @ramsharma-kp1um 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      The thing is 7700hq laptops are like normal laptops like 7577 or zenbook pro ux550vw btw which is best ? And as we see 8550 where u can get fancy stuff like touch 360 its cool but i am wooried bout performance ?

    • @JarrodsTech
      @JarrodsTech  6 ปีที่แล้ว
