@@HAIRHOLIC_1 Doesn't matter where you go. The pill are from one company and nobody else has it yet, since it's a new invention and patent protected. So the price is the same. If anybody tries to claim to be able to sell that prescription drug cheap to you and just like that, it's definitely not from Lilly Medical, the pharmaceutical company behind that new invented pill that lets your hair grow back, in fact the company is in from the US and has also production spots in Europe like Germany, so if someone overseas try to sell you such med cheap then contains anything but the actual med from Lilly Medical. The med costs the same, independent if you buy it in the U.S. or Europe. They have the same price world wide. It's their monopoly currently as long as it still has its first patent and can't be copied and sold legally from other pharmaceutical companies. So you gotta wait until the patent ends and other companies are able to copy and sell it cheaper, which won't happen anytime soon. So you will end up paying lots of cash if you want that med that can actually grow hair back, unlike so many other fake meds claiming that which have no or only very few cases where hair growth is seen according to users and medical trials.
Alopecia is just a term for hair loss; it doesn't specify a particular type. Alopecia areata, totalis, or universalis are specific types. Other examples of alopecia include male and female pattern hair loss, traction alopecia, and telogen effluvium. Please do better research.
Take him/her to the dermatologist. Have your primary doctor to refer them, or just call a dermatologist and give him your baby's insurance card information.

Side effect they forgot to mention: Going broke. A pill costs as of today 42,36€ (equal to 45.85$ US) so 15461,40€ a year (16736.58$ US).
Liver issues as well. I have aa and think I'll wait!
That’s just a side effect of you healthcare system, in my country I pay about 200 euros every year for this.

Sadly, it seems like he also has some Androgenic Alopecia. Better take the FDA-approved treatment Finasteride too, or the ”stronger” Dutasteride.
I got that around the same time. I'm 23. Hopefully it will work for us.
