Hi Damien. You legand!. Thankyou for showing me the HORISON!!!!. I am very home sick. Hoping to get back soon?. Frankies is new & used to be called SASA. The Lady that owns it is Australian & When I was there in June, it was fantastic!. The food menu is great & the quality is beautiful. Great place to eat ,witth entertainment!. Thank you once again Damien very much. See you tomorrow!!.
Thanks Damian. Nice to see other neighborhoods that I don't usually visit that much. I think they will pick themselves up again there eventually too. Keep going with your vlogs.
That street has changed so much. It used to be one of the main streets we used for our business to source items and manufacture. And one of the main wholesale streets for sarongs and jewellery. Over the past few 5 or 6 years they’ve slowly moved out further towards Denpasar and the junk and fake shops have taken over. Bali is always evolving
I was living in 66 street from 1988 -91 and after moving for long back and for between Bali and Germany...In that times there were average 2big snakes killed by a car every morning in the sandy way and thinking about raining season 😅whole pools...barking and biting dogs and cows, nobody could see in dark nights really different times..
I am genuinely shocked that Ubud is so busy. But of course, the market has changed completely. Got my passport and exit-reentry. Tomorrow I get my vax cert, so flying out soon (some last minute bargains about, well not bargains, but affordable). Unlikely to be able to meet with you in Jakarta, Damien. This also means that we will be able to visit Sanur for Christmas and the New Year, although will check out KL first.
Good luck buddy. Eventually I cancel my trip to Jakarta and Winny is going by her self - anyways she is going for work so not much time to explore or anything so.. I will go earlier to Thailand and stay few days longer instead. Hope you gonna get sometime 10 mins to watch Thai vlogs. Cool see you over xmas somewhere
@@TheMonkeys There's no wifi at my mum's so I'll be off line for around 2 months. Daunting though this is, it will be nice to get to life when it was more simple.
Seems not my kind of street to stroll around but interesting to see nevertheless! lol They clearly chose the red theme for the coffee shop. Having some Indonesian coffee here right now: Gayo Blue Mountain although I prefer the Kopi Ketiara Sumatra which has a stronger flavor. Those 2 are the only 2 available Indo coffees at the store where I get my coffee.
Thanks for another great video. We love the Yak. Will definately check that coffee shop on sunset road, as that's not far from the hotel I'm booked in with. Maybe catch up for some Greek food while we are there? Mentioning a gyros for dinner in the vid makes me miss going to Mykonos restaurant on eat street. Take care!
New watcher 👍. Trying to go back and I don’t want to pricefix but what is a good price to buy a towel. Lol only after this but in multiples of 10 so don’t want to get too ripped! Again love your videos!
Hi Damian. Terima kasih menulis katanya dalam Bahasa Indonesia, tongue twisting "r's". The great thing about Indonesia is that you can roam around to different places, drink endless cups of coffee and eat good food with friendly & interesting people!
