We dont actually know how much because the glitched number stops at -1.06 billion or whatever it is. Anything over wont register higher. With that in mind it still takes several hits to kill, which means these mobs weren't meant to be killed.
No level and power level are 2 complete difrent things so if your level 20(somehow) and power level lets say 251 then you good to go, but if your power level is just 20 then play the game more because you are just in the begining
I did some experimenting. If you have multiple local players you can stick them in the corner. & they get the same xp. Also if you jump over the hole in that room & let the boss swim over he will stay by that hole. Stick another friend by him on the other side of the hole on the fight area. That way the boss will just keep turning towards the other player or you & spawn the mines. Faster
This still works, I just did it and went from 367 to 719. You don’t actually need pain cycle, but it makes it more convenient. All you need to do is let the ancient guardian hit you and continuously swing at the mines so they don’t explode, and eventually they’ll die once you get hit enough. You do require the sponge striker though. Edit: I just got to level 1492 lmao
Here’s how it worked for me: I used torment arrows with dynamo enchantment. Roll 20 times and the dynamo 20x with torment arrows will give you enchantment points when killing the mines. Try it if you can’t use the melee weapons
I have a tip for those who dont have pain cycle on the sponge striker:you can equip a life steal armour then drown so you can take damage and you heal when you kill the mines
this is sad for me because i beleive they patched this recently so I can no longer use this, however if anyone finds a way to get this to work please comment
Guys.. if you just watch the video he literaly explains exactly how to do it both with dynamo and sponge striker why are 90% of the comments asking how to do it or saying its patched because you are just blatantly trying to punch them with your fighters bindings?? Also if you're power level is 7 you should probably stop grinding uniques and grind the new apocalypse difficulties because I was lvl 100 with apocalypse 25 complete and a 250 power level within 3 days of getting this game

Well I am one shotting them with the torment quiver, which is the first thing he suggested, and not getting any XP from the mines. At least, nothing more than usual.
Or you could use a power bow with dynamo enchantment and torment arrows i believe, you'll need to be maybe power level 190 or higher to be able to do enough damage to destroy the mines
For Xbox player do it on apocalypse + 3 and you can use the torment arrows with dynamo and have to past 8-9 rolls and you can one shot them. Went from 346 to 760 in the first run

so I found out that with dynamo on my implosion crossbow doesn’t go away at all unless I die so I can run through a whole level with 20/20 dynamo and one shot groups of enemies with the chain reaction enchantment as well which will cause each of those arrows to do another dynamo explosion.
I believe it’s because the game does not count hitting an imploding or exploding bow as an actual hit just a trigger to the explosion effect so technically u never actually hit any enemy as you would with any other bow.
You do not need a Spomge Striker to do this. I was able to do it with a Red Snake (with Dynamo, Supercharge, and Overcharge, though you may only need Dynamo) and a Torment Quiver. For quickly charging Dynamo, I used Shadow Walker (50% faster roll) armor with Protection, Acrobat, and Multiroll.
04am,i want to give you my favorite enchantment on my soul bow,use the enchantment that can shoot arrows when you roll(tier 3,"burst bow string")it even works for torment quievers,you can even make the enchantment into tier 3,and you can use 3 or 2 arrows in 1 shoot from your roll,please comment,like,love mt comment if you think this is usefull
It would be good woth a really good bow, if you got some really good ocelot armor to roll fast, or ghost armor with roll enchants. You could ghost roll through enemies and kill them.

To bad I quit Minecraft dungeons for a year to focus on more important things this would have been so useful for ancient hunts. I think they should boost the XP for apocalypse mode so we can take advantage on the ancient hunts more often

Got a Sponge Striker with Pain Cycle from a illager chest today, used the guide and went from lv 160 or something to lv 2981 (it went half way to 2982 then stopped, max cap I guess). I kind of hope they will patch this soon, it's not really anything special when it can be obtained that easily and it breaks the game a bit. Tried this with a whirlwind axe earlier at power level 190, but didn't work that time, but first try with power level 227 on the Sponge Striker. Edit: as the title says, it's been patched after the end update.

Just got out of a game and apparently I did close to 800m dmg just to the mines and boss (my friend ran though the map and killed everything) and I could not kill a single mine. I used a bow with overcharge, supercharge and dynamo with a torrent quiver and it still didn’t work.
Tried this apocalypes +15 and it didn't work. I'm in the latest update for pc, they just don't drop any exp My killing weapon is a firebolt thrower with dynamo (also try that, you can shot all your arrows without consuming dynamo, it goes away only when you faint)

They should just increase the amount of enchantment points you get after leveling up or at least get DOUBLE XP after you beat Apocalypse difficulty!

The health of the mines do not scale with difficulty, so you can easily do this on just base apocalypse difficulty. :)
