I think one of the reasons Toey didn’t confess to Q at the cafe after finding out Q did have feelings for him as "Milk Frappe boy" was because he was scared that Q wouldn’t like him anymore if he found out it was him all along. Or maybe he only had feelings for "Milk Frappe boy" but not Toey himself. And that might be another reason he went along with this whole jealousy plan, because he wanted to know if Q had feelings Toey as a person and not just as the "anonymous" Milk frappe boy.

i think so too. i think the reason why Q react this way is not because of the act or scheme , he vot angry because he learned about toey and milk frappe boy is the same. And the question, pheem asked him was on point, if q has feeling for milk boy or toey as a person not as milk boy.

QToey owned this episode. Part way through them making Q jealous I felt bad for Q but I should’ve known they know their friend well and this was the best way to go about this. But I’m also really happy the whole past secret is finally out before they actually date. It would’ve been messier if they were dating already.
I also have to say the jealousy storyline could’ve easily gone wrong especially since chain is Q’s friend and Q could’ve stepped back to let Chain in and just gone and hid himself instead of making the moves he did but now I understand they know he so well so they knew he’d break at some point. I was just stressed the whole time even so.
Satang and Winny’s acting in this whole episode was amazing I can’t believe it. They both gave their everything in every scene but the scene when satang cried I was gone.
QToey couldn’t have been acted by anyone else they’re perfect for these roles.
I also love that Peem comforts both Q and Toey he’s someone that’s needed for talks for sure.
The heartbreaking lines for me being
Toey saying he loves Q to Q and Q’s expression after that. He must’ve had so many thoughts going on right there.
And Q saying he’s always had his heart with him, that line hurt me to the core omg, I love it so much. Even the micro expressions shown from both of them I couldn’t handle it.

When we fall in love we fall in love with the idea and not knowing if it feels right or not knowing that he had a person to talk to was great and they bonded over it and I think he got upset at the fact that the person was there all along and didn’t even tell him that it was him all along so I guess he needed to put it together himself and be like they are the same person and I like that as well
