My high bust is 37" and bust is 40". I'm also 5'2", so I'm tempted to make the size for the 39 1/2" bust. I'm also going to paper fit it and will likely make a muslin and shorten the sleeves.
Thank you! I'm not really sure how much ease there is, but I will say that the design seems SUPER oversized to me. I think I cut the size that the size chart indicated would fit me, and I feel like I am swimming in the robe. My recommendation would be to start one size down, then paper/tissue fit it and see how that fits.

This robe pattern would work for men too, I think. There's no shaping in the bust area so I think the robe pattern is unisex.
