One of the most exciting and iconic sports entertainment gameshows ever, Gladiators have returned to TV in its brand new home on the BBC and you can be part of the action and witness the new generation of Gladiators in action.
This 11-part series is made by Hungry Bear Media and MGM Television UK and comes with a brand new generation of superhuman Gladiators who will compete against a brave set of contenders in the ultimate test of speed and strength.
They will take part in a series of brand new games alongside classic challenges including
fan-favourite The Eliminator.
You'll be one of the first to witness the new lineup of mighty Gladiators and join all-important crowd, cheering for your favourite in one of the most exciting and energetic sports TV shows ever!

While I really enjoyed the first episode of the revival-A few things wasn't same without John Anderson/+ it not being at Birmingham Arena + much bigger as the Birmingham Arena is 15, 800 + Sheffield Arena holds-13,600 as u know!
Was gutted when I read last year it wouldn't be held there😩
Although I do remember a few shows they would film at Sheffield Arena + Wembley Arena as well.
Do you guys also like theme/waterparks??
We are glad you enjoyed the video and that it gave a look at how a show is kinda recorded like this is hosted in a arena with a look at what else is done to keep you entertained when they do set changers.
We were there for around 8hours and this was just one of the episodes filmed which was luck to get tickets for.
Yes we like theme parks as you can see from our list of vlogs we have on our channel, there is an so many things we like to do and share so take a look and if not already SUBSCRIBE as we got more to come in 2024.

I would say we were there around 8.30am got ticket then went across the road to McDonalds and went back around 10am for doors to open
We are going on Friday - 3 couples and our 6 kids! All very excited but worried about having to get their very early but still missing out on tickets. Are you allowed to leave the Arena during the day (between filming parts) to get a leg stretch/food? Thanks
We got there early and once we got tickets we went across the road to eat, once you are in the arena you can not leave and come back there is plenty of fun things during set changers, you can get up and walk around the concord where you can buy food.. hope this helps have a great time and don't forget to share your love ❤️with a SUBSCRIBE
Just managed to get tickets to series 2 and was wondering if you had any tips to get in the actual arena as I know they oversubscribed the tickets to seats. How early did you get there and how long were queues etc. will be taking a 5 and 6 years old so wondering if there are plenty breaks for toilets and food
That's exciting news, we got there around 8.30am if I can remember there was only a hand full of people waiting for tickets please see vlog once we got our tickets and seat location we went across the road for a bit to eat at McDonalds we then headed back to wait in line for doors to open we drove from Lincoln so just over 1 hours drive... it was around £5 to park at the arena there is plenty of time to eat and toilet breaks during the filming or you can also just get up if needed there was also and craft area where you can made a plaque to support them and hold it up during the show.

we had tickets for the old one but the coach broke down on the way and we missed it never got a chance to see any of it so this if was like old version would been good but I met them all as they went round doing signings I have a few I like on the new one Diamond, Giant and Dynamite they are my fav ones

this (from the female gladiators for guantlet) looks like the quarter finals episode of bronte and tasha? loved that episode!
I'm gutted they don't film this in Birmingham and there will only be one John Anderson. However I'm glad they film it in Sheffield because it's closer to my current hometown. I have one question though... How long did filming take? I've been in the audience for shows like The Wright Stuff (100% live) and Trisha Goddard (not live - and up to 2 hours filming per episode).

We have and prefer the old school shows compared to the new show

Apollo is my favourite gladiator
One of the things I am curious about is do they film like one round per day??? Or do they film lots of different contenders all playing duel for example, then bring in another game and film a load of gauntlet. Because it must take a while to swap the games in and out
We was there for around 8hrs in the arena for filming and set changers, each episode is filmed in one day with different contenders per day
Wow how did u get tickets? I thought u may of had to apply?
I am worried as I'm disabled and lost 1/2 use of my bottom half and worried about access.

Wow 8 hours to film one episode ... Were you bored ... Did they have food to buy ... Seems like they had it all figured out... Watching in canada... They have done a good job with yhe show.... Couple of gladiators who dont seem like Gladiators... Did u you to sign anything that you wouldnt post videos till after it was on tv
Yep 8hours
They kept you entertained during set changers so time went fast, there was food available to buy in the arena... i think a few bits are staged with the Gladiators too! We where told not to share on social media when the cameras rolling but people did as they do.. we decided not to put this vlog on until the first show on TV just incase as its the BBC.
