So the only use for iron moth I can think of is use it with armarouge. Switch it to the active to pull all energy, Cheryl, and then switch it to bench and armarouge back. It's not great but that's all I got 😂 it's a stage one that does less than cast form and him being my favorite pokemon I know he gets bodies for not doing enough damage.
Roaring Moon needs a dark and strong since prize attacker to solve his main issue: trading against single prize Pokemon to be a deck archetype by itself. I find the mon more succesful in decks using Greninja as an attacker via Energy Switch or as a Lost Box attacker. Hopefully they release in a future an Ancient mini Roaring Moon able to hit hard making Lost box and evolution decks match ups more bearable or just a Dark type Ancient mon able to smack 200ish HP with some work.
Morpeko is oftenly enough for this imo. Roaring moon is by far the best deck I played since I started the game 2 years ago, but ye you're right about lostbox. You can't afford to play jirachi/manaphy because they pollute your deck. But you can't be good against everyone, I personally like to play 2 boss order so I can beat lostbox giratina. But 1 prizer decks yep...

I feel like this is perfect for a lot of IRL tourneys. A lot of people play gardi OR Miraidon for the most part

Hoopa is similar to StarmieV. Problem is there isn't a ton of decks loading up energy as much. Many are discarding energy.
Miraidon is the 1 matchup this helps alot in which can make a difference
But do u need 2 tech for the match up? Miraidon feels pretty good already tbh
